This resort is superb and met all of our expectations in terms of luxury, amenities and comfort. The staff here are incredibly accommodating, respectful, and well trained. The manager, Lam Minh made sure we were taken care of from A to Z, and we were treated like VIP. The hotel is serene, quiet and pleasant. The food was also exceptional, we all of our meals onsite and could not be more pleased at how delicious it all was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, the food is delicious. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, the green spaces are spacious, and the staff are attentive and enthusiastic in helping guests. As the resort has only recently opened, not everything is perfect yet, but we truly felt the dedication and efforts of the entire team to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible.

Super friendly Vietnamese Australian owners really made me feel welcome. Comfortable bed, nice size fridge for storing beverages and snacks, and the balcony was a great place to relax with a coffee in the morning.

We stayed at Kennal Beach Hotel for five nights and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our travels. From the moment we arrived in the quiet fishing village of Hoa An, we were welcomed by the hotel and the locals with such genuine warmth and kindness that it immediately felt special. The staff, manager, and owner were extraordinarily kind and generous, showed us the local area and best places to eat and explore. They cared for us as if we were family. It's rare to encounter such sincere hospitality, and we cannot express enough how deeply it touched us. All of the rooms have a stunning ocean view from right on the beach and waking up each morning to the sound of the waves was pure peace. The tranquil village at the heart of the location is right by the sea and filled with friendly locals who were both kind and welcoming. It was incredibly hard for us to leave on the last day. Highly, highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with heartfelt hospitality in Vietnam.
