I wish I remembered all the names but the receptionist who made my check in is brilliant! Obviously the one who helped me with the parking safe my life. Thanks to the housekeeping team to clean my room The hotel is supper clean , there is a lovely cat walking around ❤️ Thank you so much for all your work ! Much appreciated! I’ve I ever come back to Auckland I’ll be staying in this hotel.

As we had been traveling for 10 days and still had 10 days to go the washer and dryer in the room was a wonderful surprise to us. Not sure if all the rooms had them but ours did. We had a tough time with the dryer but figured it out eventually The food next door at Lone Star was awful, the food in the hotel was much better.
