Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah, Verenigde Arabische Emiraten

Wij verbleven februari 2020 in Hilton Al Hamra. Het hotel ligt op ca. een uur rijden van Dubai Airport. De directe omgeving is schoon en rustig, met een prima winkelcentrum op 15 minuten loopafstand. De ontvangst is het hotel was vriendelijk, zoals eigenlijk al het personeel zeer gastvrij is. Wij verbleven in familiekamer 031, in het hoofdgebouw, doch op een rustige plek aan de zijkant, vlakbij fitness, spa en één van de twee zwembaden. Wij hebben totaal geen last gehad van wat voor geluid dan ook. De kamer zelf is groot, met een terras en ruime badkamer. Schoonmaak was gedurende de hele week uitstekend, de betreffende medewerkster (helaas haar naam vergeten te vragen) verdient echt een groot compliment. Wij verbleven op basis van half-pension, hetgeen voor ons prima is. Zowel ontbijt als diner vonden wij goed, met veel variatie in het diner gedurende de week. Vooral de ruime tijden zijn erg prettig: ontbijten tot 11.00 en diner tot 22.00. De prijzen van eten & drinken buiten half-pension zijn acceptabel; vergelijkbaar met andere hotels in VAE. Wij vonden vooral het koffiebarretje in de lobby erg leuk. Daarnaast hebben we twee keer een smaakvolle cocktail gedronken in de Mai Thai Bar. Ook hier weer voldoende keuze. Het hotel beschikt over een privé strand en twee zwembaden. Deze zijn niet groot, maar onze dochter van 7 heeft zich er goed vermaakt. Er zijn over het algemeen voldoende ligbedden. Er is ook nog een kids club, speeltuin en tennisbaan. Wij hebben vanuit het hotel twee excursies geboekt; een privé tour Dubai en Jeep Safari. De dame van de tour operator (Bianca) verstaat haar vak, houd rekening met de wensen van gasten en regelt e.e.a. zeer adequaat.

The hotel was nice and very nice staff in the reception , i don't no her name She is friendly and helpful .Rooms are good size for two but the best is the view from the balcony. Nice free parking outside and easy to access.😃

Everything was perfect. The luxurious room with huge balcony and beautiful view. Me and my wife celebrated our 3 years anniversary and the team at the reception and concierge did their very best to make sure our stay is memorable.

The staff is very friendly, the room is very beautiful and clean, the food is excellent.. the service is more than expected.

Environment and management was amazing

We loved everything very nice decor solid wood pieces .Good quality appliances. Great swimming pool , Barbecue , outside sitting /sunbathing area lots of privacy yet mall close by . Perfect for family holiday . Would definitely stay again was sad to leave .

We stayed in 805. Excellent location and peaceful surroundings. Also, the staff at the reception during the check in and out process and the seaview restaurant staff during our breakfast were efficient and very accommodating. I would also like to highlight a member of their Housekeeping staff (Joyce) for exceptionally taking care of us during our stay and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. She is a real gem to this property! Hope to come back soon!

Hosts were very friendly and always ready to help. Villas were bigger than we thought! And prices are so affordable! We enjoyed a lot and definitely will come again.
