Great experience overall! Comfy room, friendly staff, beautiful view, and amazing food at the restaurant. I’m very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend this place .

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but there are still places nearby where you can grab a drink or a bite to eat in the evening. The staff is very polite and helpful. Now about the room itself – simply superb, worthy of a 5-star hotel. Spacious, a comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and a large bathroom with a really nice shower system. 12 points out of 10!

The place is very authentic, nice old style and clean rooms. A good restaurant with local food for dinner as well as some live music with it.Its very close to the city center and everyone is very nice and helpful.

Better than expected! Booked for one night as we were arriving late and wanted convenient parking. But…we liked it so much we booked for two more nights! The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous!! It’s walking distance to everything, it’s in the center but quite. This hotel is a great value.

A fantastic stay! The hotel is brand new, with spotless, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast, peaceful location, great Wi-Fi and convenient parking. Highly recommend—we'll definitely stay here again!

When we arrived the stuff was so warm and very hospitality, they help us to park the car. The location is in the center of the most beautiful part of the street and exactly in the middle of the city, the room was very clean, new and comfortable with small balcony to the lovely garden, the breakfast was a le cart like in a restaurant and the price was perfect. I will come back again if I will be in Shkodar

Location was great, just near the river. Great view and facilities.

Everything was great. I had made a mistake and booked a room with 2 single beds, but the lady at the front desk helped me out and arranged a different room with 1 large bed for the night. Huge tasty breakfast was included. Parking under the hotel, great location, great staff, great interior..... met all my expectations. I would stay again, for sure!

Everything... the staff is amazing... Maggie and Adria are very helpful and helpful in everything... the owner Prel and his lovely wife are very warm people... Israeli lovers... attentive to every request... staying at the Zillina Hotel was simply amazing... the hotel's location is excellent... not far from the start of the trail to the Gronas waterfall....

Staff is very nice and helpful; helped us to book a trip and prepared a take-away breakfast for 6am!! Breakfast (seated and take-away) was really good! Located in the center. Has a free parking. We've got a big room; clean and relaxing. Has an air conditioner.

We did like the location, SPA and spacy room, the staff was very helpful and recommended very good place for a diner. The breakfast could offer a bit more of variety of main dishes, but we found everything we like.

I did not know what to expect at all, but this place was amazing. The owner really understand what a Boutique Hotel means: an excellent room worthy of a five star hotel in London of Paris, but above all PERSONAL service. This included parking my motorcycle in his personal garage. Very quiet and secure location too, amidst the bustle outside.

Excellent property. Everything is new and modern. The rooms are huge and as the name suggests, there is beautiful artwork lining the walls. Breakfast is at the cafe across the street and it’s fantastic!! There is a vegetarian option. It was a little confusing to find the entrance… it’s behind the building in the courtyard. Parking is under the building with the entrance just at the side, very easy. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk downtown. There is a grocery store downstairs. I would stay again and recommend it.
