Amazing value for money! Super clean room and everything worked. Staff was friendly too. There was even included coffee and tea which could be prepared with the kettle in the room. Cups were provided. Definitely recommended. Money well spent.

Owner is an amazing man. Find him and strike a conversation with him. Our car broke down and he made sure staff helped us to locate a garage and fix it. Staff are very friendly and the chef made a great dinner for us

Absolutely amazing place to stay at! ❤️ the hosts are the nicest, they prepared the most delicious herbal tea with honey for us 🙏 waking up to the sunrise over the magical lake is so calm, peaceful and relaxing. And the food is amazing! 10/10 I recommend to stay here!

Best service and best resort with amazing views and private access to Lake Sevan. Resort is huge, and the lady in reception was very helpful . They even upgraded our cottages to the best one available. They also arranged a heater to prepare food for our infant. Really impressed. Will recommend to all and stay again if visiting Armenia.

- Location in front of the Lake - The "beach" in front of it it's the space with better quality in that area of the lake, less dirty then the surroundings - Clean and spacious apartment - Good water pressure - The people we checked in were very nice and spoke good English - Even the people who didn't speak English made an effort. At dinner, in their restaurant, in a group of 7 that worked there when we went for dinner only one person spoke a little bit of English but we was very helpful, always smiling and ask the rest of the staff if they had we wanted
