Great location right next to the stairs leading to the monastery, 2 min walk to the beach. The breakfast is good but the same each day.

The staff and the place were truly amazing

The location was serene and away from the main road. My family and I enjoyed the welcoming and helpful staff members, they treated us like family. The meals reminded me of my grandmas cooking and I took every bit of the fresh Sevan air in while enjoying our meals.

The location is in the nature, great place. The gazebo houses for taking the food are amazing, the personnel are so kind and helpful. Car parking is secure. The place is quiet. The food is excellent, local, and affordable. Many big thanks for the pleasant time near the Sevan lake, wine and baklava are the most recommended.

Really love this amazing place. Always quite, big and comfy rooms, amazing view to Sevan, and big area around. I appreciate the food — its homemade and so tasty. And one of the important thing is Linda, a dog in the camp who is friendly and so funny :)

We booked the apt on the way there and got to the location in 1hr. The gentleman in-charge managed to get the apt cleaned and ready for us to check in right away. The property is in immaculate condition, under 1 minute to the private beach and the deck. We parked our car right in front of the apt door. Will definitely recommend it.

Perfect location with lake view and a one minute walk to the beach. Very kind and help ful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast in the gazebo. We recommend the hotel to all who look for a balance between a tourist resort and cultural heritage, since the Sevanavank church complex and the Writers hotel are also nearby.

Amazing value for money! Super clean room and everything worked. Staff was friendly too. There was even included coffee and tea which could be prepared with the kettle in the room. Cups were provided. Definitely recommended. Money well spent.

Great views from our windows! Nice rooms, comfortable bed and the heater works well (for winter). Also provided with enough covers, a nice breakfast and a good sized fridge. Staff were friendly.and reading other reviews, so were the dogs nearby.

The owner was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped, providing everything necessary for a comfortable visit. I would be pleased to stay here again in the future.

This is the best place to lodge around Lake Sevan. Walking distance from the lake and the hotel's restaurant. A very peaceful place to stay.

price/quality ratio. I made a very affordable reservation and when I asked why it was almost free, the guesthouse owners explained that every month they do promotions and there are days when it is very cheap and I am one of those lucky ones.
