Home to some of the world’s oldest and finest Christmas markets, Bavaria is the German region touching Lake Constance and the Austrian and Czech borders. Although evoking images of beer, lederhosen and fairytale castles, it’s much, much more than that.

Famous for Oktoberfest, its capital Munich has impressive architecture lining squares and parks, and several luxury Bavaria hotels on Booking.com. To the north, Nuremberg is a city of 2 halves: a picture-postcard old town and grandiose Nazi rally grounds housing a sensitive museum.

Mercat de nadal molt bo, tant pel numero de parades com...

Mercat de nadal molt bo, tant pel numero de parades com productes de les mateixes. Ciutat histótica, amb molts edificis antics ben conservats. Muralla que rodeja tot el centre de la ciutat ben conservada. Molt bon centre comercial. Bons restaurants. Varem visitar varies ciutats dels voltants molt boniques , fent de Nuremberg el centre del viatge, per aixó he contestat que els dies foren els justos.

Maginifica ciutat on gaudir dels Alps Bavaresos i del relax...

Maginifica ciutat on gaudir dels Alps Bavaresos i del relax de la muntanya. Ideal per fer trekkings pels voltants i visitar el mític Olympiaschanze que cada 1 de gener veiem per la televisió. Tant el centre històric de Gramisch, més àmple i modern, com el de Partenkirchen, més estret i empedrat, es poden visitar perfectament a peu. En tots dos hi ha diversa varietat gastronòmica, destacant especialment la cuina bavaresa.

Els espais verds són fantàstics.

Els espais verds són fantàstics. La neteja de la ciutat és molt millorable: papereres plenes, i molta brutor pels seus voltants, dels tres dies que hi hem estat les mateixes papereres sense buidat i cada vegada amb més brutor. Transport públic molt bé, Molta oferta gastronòmica i a preus raonables.
