Nicole and her family are fantastic hosts! The entire place is simply great. All people who worked there and the guests as well were very pleasant folks. I will gladly come back. Amazing view towards the Dachstein mountain, a lot of cross-country skiing, Schladming is very close ( we went there for The Nightrace as well as some skiing and relaxation), everything was simply one of a kind. I will come back there for sure again!

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel! The breakfast was included in my room, and it was fantastic! They also included a bus ticket and a summer lift ticket. My group and I didn’t realize those would be included and it was a nice surprise! It’s also super close to shops and restaurants! I loved the big window in my room with the window seat.

The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with handwritten notes to greet our family. Every detail felt personal, even at breakfast, where our family name was written on the table. We travelled with our dog and at the room there were also pet supplies waiting for us. The location is excellent, especially for cross-country skiing lovers. The view from the room over the valley to Planai was magnificent. Breakfasts and dinners are tasty. The best side of our stay was the crew. All were friendly, helpful, and responsive - e.g., we wanted to share one dinner, and it was absolutely no problem. Much appreciated. Also, the sauna, steambath, and indoor pool were excellent. Even though the house was full, the wellness area was spacious enough. We loved the fact that the whole wellness space, including the pool, is naturist-friendly. Fresh sauna towels were served every day.

    My wife and I checked in Monday night July 7th and checked out Wednesday July 9th. At first our stay did not start out well because the TV wasn't working in 401. Fannie did an excellent job and gave us another room in 305 (our 3rd room). The TV wasn't working either. The next day the maintenance technician figured out the problem and repaired all the TVs that were not working in the upper level of the hotel. During checkout I mentioned my frustration and Herr Peter was very understanding and gave us a discount for the troubles. Because of his professionalism I highly recommend JUFA hotel. I like how Herr Peter spoke kindly and handled my stress with care. What is important,, JUFA hotel is very clean, organized and has a wonderful lobby for the children, outdoor seating, and a nice restaurant. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town. . We will come back 🤗👍

    The location is walking distance to the town ‘square’ shops. You can ski right from the property. 15 mins walk to nearest bus stop. Awesome spa with many options and a panorama sauna too!!! We loved everything and what made our stay so memorable is the attention to detail and attentiveness from the team that works there which is family run. The food was Awesome !!!! Extremely tasty and so well prepared and thought out.

    Room was clean and spacious, as was the entire property. Saunas were great. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Location - directly across from Planai, terrific. Hotel provided a taxi to Banhof at the end of my stay - and the staff overall were so incredibly kind and helpful! Cannot recommend enough. If I’m ever back at Schladming I will not hesitate to stay here again.

    We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

    Gosau had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing holiday - a grocery store, multiple restaurants, beautiful views, friendly people, and many trails for hiking, biking, and walking. Additionally, Gosausee is only a short drive away. We didn't leave Gosau during our entire stay, as there were plenty of things to do, including just relaxing.

    One of the most beautiful places on this planet.

    One of the most beautiful places on this planet. Easy to get around with the Ramsau am Dachstein Summercard and the bus and gondola systems. Loved the gondola to the top and the Sky walk, the Stairway to Heaven and the Stairway to Nothingness. Also liked Rittisberg and its attractions such as the Flyline, toboggan and High Ropes. The Go Karting down 7 kms of the Planai mountain was also fun

    Golling is a long established small town on the Salzach river and a good base for exploring Salzburg and the nearby hills / mountains. Hotels are in the small town centre plus camping and camper van facilities nearby. Rail travel to Salzburg and on buses in Salzburg is free for holders of the Tourist Card issued without further charge to people staying at Golling hotels, This facility has recently been extended to other buses and trains over a wider area, Golling Waterfall and the canyon (Klamm) on the Salzach river attract visitors, There is a Water Park close to Golling.

    Nice old town to walk around. Have some nice restaurants like the Indian restaura, Namaste. Very authentic Indian food with good service and atmosphere. Another restaurant is Genusskramerei. This restaurant has a small but exclusive menu. Upmarket.

    Filzmoos is one of the most beautiful villages in Austria. The mountains around are exceptional, summer hiking is real joy there. The village has everything- lot of fancy hotels, restaurants, summer terraces, swimming pool.

    What were your favourite places there? The Sommerrodelbahn, The Cable Car, The Postalm Panoramastrasse and the drive through Fischbach. What we highly recommend is a nice walk through the town and surrounding places itself!! This is a very very pretty place. Where did you eat? We cooked ourselves. However, we bought groceries at the Spar market in the town. Is it easy to get around Abtenau? Yes. The town is very accessible. We, however, did not use the public transport. What would you avoid on your next visit? Nothing really. The place offers a lot of things to a tourist!

    Recommendation: For kids - Geister Wald (Ghost forest) - 4,5km long hike with fun activities for kids. Our kids loved them. Just to be aware - you need to pick up from the info center a map where kids could get stamps and also you need 2euro coin to get a wooden ball from the machine you can find just at the start of the hike. Small store - very helpful staff, all the basics you need you find there Waterpark - great nature pool to chill with kids

    This is a small, but modern (albeit with mostly traditional architecture) village in the Salzach River valley south of Salzburg. It is a quiet friendly place, not appropriate for big-time skiing, but great for walks and hikes in te surrounding country-side.
