The rooms are well spaced and the compartmentation fulfils all the needs during a ski holiday, with a changing room benefitting of heated boot rack, ski/snowboard rack and even a small area to service and wax the equipment(wax, iron, different brushes, files for tuning the edges etc. provided). Highly recommend Haus Ricarda to anyone seeking a cozy and convenient retreat in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!

While the owners were not present, the key-drop system ensured a seamless check-in process. Location: the guest house is nestled in the stunning Austrian Alps with breathtaking nature. Not far from the city center, offering the best of the county side and the city Apartments: spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. Area: well-maintained and beautifully groomed. Parking: conveniently available for guests. Walking Passes: great paths nearby for walking and exploring. There are several playgrounds also Hosts: extremely helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable

Very happy with accommodation of owners Andreas and his wife. They were super friendly and helpful with any question we had. We booked room for one night thinking we will travel and stay closer to our other destination, but we returned every night and stayed 3 nights. Breakfast and his restaurant was very good, hotel is clean and cozy. Sauna was a plus. When traveling to Austrian Alps next time, will not look anywhere else, will definitely return.

We stayed over the Christmas and New Year holiday at the Apart Stotter and it was an wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking especially for the New Year's Eve fireworks. The owners were also very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a ski vacation in the Austrian Alps.

A beautiful and pittoresque hotel which is very easy to access from the train station and the main roads. The city centre, the ski lifts and other facilities are within a 5 minute walk. I really felt welcomed by Jolanda and her family. The service provided was excellent, absolutely no complaints. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view on the Austrian Alps, perfect to wake up to! Vielen dank für alles, Jolanda! 😊

The owners were very friendly, extremely informative and quite helpful orienting me on my first time in their mountain oasis. The location was perfect, as it was near the train station, close to the market and very close to the heart of the village. I will recommend this property to anyone I know that has a desire to spend time in the Austrian Alps. I am hopeful that I can return again in the not too distant future.

The SPA and wellness area is fantastic. The meals are good but certainly the breakfast buffet has well exceeded expectations - superb! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, the service standard is of the highest quality. We have been in a few wellness hotels in the Austrian Alps for ski trips already, and price/quality wise Habicher Hof has been the best one so far.

We got two double rooms and two triple rooms.. The space was big and comfortable. The place is located in a small town close to the Austrian Alps and the sight is amazing. It was very quite and we got a fantastic rest during the night. The breakfast was amazing, The owners are really kind and they like to joke with guests. This is a great value to me. Highly recommended.

The charming hotel was decorated perfectly, with a keen eye for detail. It gives homage to mountaineering and the Austrian Alps. It was tastefully uncluttered and extremely clean. Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage and a large balcony. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Monica at breakfast.

The sauna and spa section were great. The ice pool was really good after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel within walking distance to the Rastkogelbahn was nice although the walk was uphill. Breakfast was really good except for the drinks. We expected better juices and sparkling water, as is usually the case in such hotels in Austrian Alps.

The hostel is a good central base for people doing multi-day trips to mountain huts in the Austrian Alps and wanting somewhere to come back and recuperate affordably between such forays. This is why I chose to stay there. The place provides what you would expect from a hostel and does a substantial buffet breakfast as part of the price.

We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back again. Everything was perfect: the nearness of ski lifts, welcoming hosts, lovely interior of the house in Austrian mountain style. You can really experience the beauty of Austrian Alps. Also, it is possible order fresh homemade pastry, eggs, milk and yoghurt.

This was our second year here on a late spring getaway weekend. Our family is 10+ members and we've had the apartment all to ourselves. The hosts are super nice, breakfast is great and the rooms are sparkling clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Flachau is a great location to tour around the Austrian Alps.

We had a great time, this just what you dream of in the Austrian Alps, quiet, cosy and friendly, with great service by the staff and excellent food. Originally we had planned to go out for dinner every night, but ended up staying eating deliciously in the hotel restaurant every single night. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a special diamond in the heat of the Austrian Alps. There are so many things to like I cannot list them all; the food was exceptional at all hours of the day, and the options for activities around the lake and at the spa were great respite after big ski days. I will 100% come back again.

A great place to be. A very cozy new studio with Austrian Alps ambience. 5 minutes from the center of Westendorf. With an amazing view of the mountains . Very modern and cute. The owner is very helpful and kind . We will visit again with pleasure!!
