I stayed here one night when participating in Mondsee Radmarathon. The hotel provided a lot of perks including early breakfast, free post-race shower and the ability to leave a car in the parking for the race day which really helped a lot. The rooms and facilities are modern and clean. Nice hiking opportunities around and a beautiful scenery are nice additions.

If you are without a vehicle and dependent of a public...
If you are without a vehicle and dependent of a public transport, you are in for some massive dissapointments. There are zero public transportation available on weekends and the cab costs 45 Euros to pick you from the nearest railway station ( 6 km), to the hotel. This one was a deal breaker for us. We paid for 2 nights but stayed for just a night.

This is a beautiful place surrounded by Lakes and Mountains. There are so many farms and farmers who live much in a sustainable mode. The people are so friendly and kind. There are so many beautiful animals around. In short, after visiting this place, you might want to live there, forever.
