Beautiful location. Excellent service with attention to detail. Breathtaking views to mountains. Breakfast buffet was great.

Everything was great! We loved the location - surrounded by the mountains yet easily reachable by car. Spa was superb and well suited for families. Truly a perfect getaway from the busy city life. Staff was also very attentive and prompt to respond to our requests. E.g. we got a birthday gift from our friends, who organised everything via phone via reception without us knowing, all very smooth experience! Restaurant was lovely too, we particularly liked the restaurant manager Slava, who always ensured we are looked after and also shared ample of recommendations from food to local activities.

The breakfast was great, big selection to choose from, perfect location, friendly staff, we used the restaurant in the evenings as well, great food, highly recommend.

Walking distance from the slopes, friendly staff and good breakfast. It's a solid choice for anyone skiing at KitzSki.

Incredible Castle and very welcoming family. It sure is a very expensive task to maintain such wonderful historic site and humble to be able to stay there. Very recommended!

Very friendly and helpful owners, making you feel like staying at your friends house. The place has a character with its own design, where the smallest detail matters. I liked there weren't many rooms, a sauna and a gym were available most of the time.

Dinner and breakfast are very good. Spa is exceptional

The hotel had a family atmosphere with exceptional staff. We loved Ivana and Susannah at breakfast and the bar staff in the comfy lounge were excellent. They were polite and willing to attend to all our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. The sauna and steam rooms were brilliant apres ski!

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable with nice balcony, beds comfy, staff super attentive and helpful. Pool and spa was also good. Location perfect - 7-8 minute walk to the center and lifts. Breakfast was also with lots of variety.

It was like stepping back in time, beautiful and unique. The restaurant/bar area was on the street with lovely views of trees and the snow. Loved the village, so Austrian in character. It was difficult to get reservations at others restaurants but always a lovely table at the restaurant attached to the hotel.
