Rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and lots of attention to the smaller details such as welcome chocolates and towels shaped to represent different animals! Martin is an incredibly attentive host and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Food is typically Tryloean and of good quality. Holzgau is a great place too skiing close by and bars and restaurants.

Our room was fabulous - not only was it very large but the walls were also lined with wood and the room smelled heavenly (like a wood shop). The owners were wonderful - even allowed us to go to breakfast early as we had to leave early. The location is beautiful.

breath-taking views of mountains. Bach valley is so picture perfect. We went in mid-November...right before their ski season. Great hikes and mountain biking abound. Beautiful snowfall made the scenery even more perfect.

Elbigenalp is ideal for walking/hiking holidays.

Elbigenalp is ideal for walking/hiking holidays. There are several alms within an hour or two hiking, often through spectacular scenery. Height differences range from an easy 200 m to 400 m, or up to 700 m if you have more time and energy. The bus running along the valley allows you to make one-way walks, or to start a walk in a different village. The river Lech is also a peaceful refuge, and it is very pleasant just to sit on a bench or rock beside the river and enjoy the sounds and sights.

Rating: 5/5 - Excellent Stay! I had an amazing time at this pension during my holiday. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the welcoming and friendly service to the comfortable and spotless rooms. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. All the amenities were top-notch, and I felt truly at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be returning!

The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was very good. It was not huge but have everything you expect for a breakfast, cereals, egg, cheese, confiture, yaourt, fruits, vegetables, coffee, tea, milk, salmon, bacon, and so on. You will surely enjoy the beautiful location surrounded by mountains, floating in the clouds. You wake up with this extraordinary landscape directly in front of you. If you like hiking or small promenade, this place will offer you every kind of excursion level. The hotel is small with few chambers, but have a beautiful new Finnish Sauna, well equipped. And last but not least, the Family Lechleitner and his team will make your stay be a dream. They are very friendly, accommodating and give you any tip to make your experience unique. We had excellent dinner 4-course meal with different variations every evening. Mr. Lechleitner is an excellent creative cook. If you are looking for the paradise, then this is the place to start with.
