Great staff! So friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and lovely. Bed was comfortable and great temperature. The view from our room was reallt nice and the generous balcony was a great place to have a glass of wine (and dry your cycling gear). Dinner and breakfast was really good, with good local wine and other produce. Really enjoyed the bread and the housemade jam. The time we spent here was like visiting family. Excellent pool and wellness centre.

It might not look much on the outside, but it's a very nice place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and you even get heated floors. Restaurant is on-par with the rest - simple, but tasty and filling. It is probably best to stay for a couple of nights there as you get the opportunity to use additional facilities (spa, pool, saunas, baths, etc.), but regretfully i had no time to do so.

The combination of beautiful vineyards, modern architecture in- and outside, dreamy atmosphere and outstanding host has made our vacation an experience to remember and… to come back ! Worth mentioning the amazing view to the monastery, delicious breakfast and possibility to taste local wines. And - you should ask Alexis for best places to have dinner - that was another top experience in Wachau valley. Highly recommended !
