Absolutely superb, super lovely staff at reception and in bar. We were travelling with our cat and we will definitely be back. Great food and swimming pool too. Ticked all the boxes

Renovated room with a big balcony, very clean and cozy - also restaurant and wellness area. Bus stop infront of the hotel, very convenient. All staff members were exceptionally kind and friendly. Felt very welcomed. Liked the breakfast (cheese and ham/salami variations), eggs, sausages, cake and muesli, bread rolls and bread. Half board menu delicious, rich and flavourful. Hiking trails start across the street 👌 Next time in Pitztal will definitely book here again. Thank you!

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt there welcome. Exceptionally good meals and including the breakfast selection. The view from outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking. Great location.

Very good place and people. excelent food

I’ve traveled extensively across Europe and this is one of the best hotels I found. Full of Austrian charm, set in a small village surrounded by beautiful mountains. The food, I went for the full board option, was a set menu but consisted of 6 delicious dishes! Beautiful views from the dining room across the mountains and the bedroom was double aspect again with an impressive view. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Really nice place, everything is clean and beautiful

Great location to get to ski resorts, owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of advice on the local area. Lots of parking. Nice town and restaurants.

We had an amazing time here - the owner and staff are super nice and helpful. The location is as picturesque as it gets and also very close to the Glacier Express. The rooms were clean,cozy and spacious, the entire residence was very home-y. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Sauna was a nice addition.

Very rural location in a small village, as you'd expect. My stay was superb and the staff are really nice and accomodating. To top it all off the hotel is a full service hotel with a proper restaurant.

Very nice place for a skiing trip. Guests are nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Very quiet.

The hotel offers great breakfast and dinner. There are varieties of rooms provided for different uses, such as meditation room, fitness room, panoramic lounge etc. The staff is also very hospitable.

Breakfast with lots of choices, great dinner. Ski base station within walking distance, same is true for the closest village with bars and shops. Very friendly staff.

A very picturesque place at the foot of the mountains!

We received an upgrade, so the apartment we got was big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big, and the view from the apartment was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. The staff was also nice, but some of them don't speak English.

The views were stunning. Facilities were really good. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It was also a lot larger than I expected. The staff were very friendly. The bed was extremely comfy. They had a great trampoline park to entertain the children.

Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect location, less than 2km from the parking lot to the cable car, great parking, great staff and great wellness. A perfect culinary experience.
