Klient specialist in Reception was exellent. Room was comfortable and clean. I missed breakfest time, but in Check-out time Receptionist she immediatelly react and finded for me coffe and some tasty bread with cheese. I felt so thankfull! That was very kind from her.

For me it’s an ideal place! There’s huge parking. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a wonderful room that was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a heartfelt hospitality that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, accompanied by an amazing view that made each morning special. The location of the hotel is simply magical, offering breathtaking views of the vineyards. It’s a peaceful and serene spot where you can take walks or simply sit and admire the beauty of nature.

The location is in a quaiet area close to a small water flowwing that is very nice to hear it if you dinner on the restaurant terrace. The food is very good and a good variety. Attention to details , good breakfast make it a place to choose it again if.return.

Property was clean and the staff was extremely friendly, polite and very helpful.

Very quiet place. I arrived late at night when there was no one at reception, but the key of the room and the check-in form were waiting for me. I could use the sauna, I was alone, it was great after a long trip. Room size is much larger, than usual. The breakfast was nice. The staffs were very kind and smiling in the morning.

A spacious room, clean, being tranquil around, a dry and wet separation bathroom. The innkeeper is very kind. Patiently explaining to me who doesn't speak German. And the surroundings are really really beautiful in autumn. Especially along the Wies-Eibiswald road, there's a mountain that's particularly beautiful. Memories in this hotel and this city is beautiful. Perfect for hiking enthusiasts to visit. Hope I will be there again.

Very friendly and accommodating

Very nice hotel for a pleasant stay. In the middle of Stainz with everything on walking distance and a nice view on the Schloss. The room and equipment is very clean and tidy, no sound from outside, and fitted with good materials and furniture. The personel is very friendly and helpfull and breakfast... is delicious! Nice to start a day with such an experience. It has a lot services and facilitys to use if you would like to. I didn't use wifi, so I can't judge that.

The hotel has everything you need in a hotel. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms. A swimming pool in the spacious garden, so you can relax by the pool or find a quiet spot in the garden area. The property has had a major refurbishment over the last few years, and the dining/bar area is especially impressive. It has exceptional accommodation, excellent food, and delightful and friendly owners and staff.

The room we chose, was very spacious and modern, and the super comfortable bed, the restaurant staff is very friendly, the pool had a very pleasant, hot temperature.
