Very nice hotel for a pleasant stay. In the middle of Stainz with everything on walking distance and a nice view on the Schloss. The room and equipment is very clean and tidy, no sound from outside, and fitted with good materials and furniture. The personel is very friendly and helpfull and breakfast... is delicious! Nice to start a day with such an experience. It has a lot services and facilitys to use if you would like to. I didn't use wifi, so I can't judge that.

We used the property as a base for travelling to the Austrian GP in Spielberg, so we did not make a great deal of use of the facilities, of which there are several - eg sauna, BBQ, kitchen, etc. The property was well situated for what we were doing and was good for relaxing after our days at the GP circuit. The property is spacious both inside and out and the outside terraces and garden are excellent for relaxing.

It was lovely, we will return there when we will have the chance. It's quiet, the family that owns it is nice towards every one. They have farm animals, our child loved them. Also there are the clasic Austrian cows with the bells in the near by house. Also a great bonus was the fact that they have a truly great restaurant and they serve perfect breakfast.

Klient specialist in Reception was exellent. Room was comfortable and clean. I missed breakfest time, but in Check-out time Receptionist she immediatelly react and finded for me coffe and some tasty bread with cheese. I felt so thankfull! That was very kind from her.

I adored the garden with the beautiful view. The restaurant served delicious food. The host and the staff were very kind and helpful. What I only missed were window nets in the room, as in summer there a lot of insects that are happy to have us as a main course 😀

Gunter and Johanna are excellent hosts and we were well received and always felt welcome. We came to the Red bull Ring for the F1 event and although a bit far from the track, the facilities around Deutschlandsberg and our stay in Wildbachberg 176 was excellent.

We chose this hotel because of the location and price.

We chose this hotel because of the location and price. Staff is very friendly. Good and fresh breakfast. Unfortunately restaurant closes early so make sure to arrive before 19 if you want to have dinner. It was important for us that the hotel is dog friendly 😊

VERY small, quiet village. A good place for adults. Nothing to do for younger people so nice and quiet for the rest of us. Good golf course, great views, with a good restaurant. Not near the wine region but a reasonable drive (1/2 hour-45 min).

Not much to do here, most stores have shut down (about half was empty/closed) and there is only 1 Italian restaurant open in the evening. We drove around for other restaurants without success. Some places said they were open online but we ended up in front of a closed door. We were disappointed in the options for eating here and honestly the town seems at it's end. People were very friendly though.

I needed a quiet pace close to the highway to take a break...

I needed a quiet pace close to the highway to take a break on a long trip, and Modriach checked all the boxes. It was easy to get to, quiet, welcoming and the fresh air coming from the forest around it was just unbelievable.
