The Host was really kind person, helpful and hospitable. The hotel is localized next to the Hochzillertal Bahn, in the centre of the town. The room was big, with amazing view from the windows, comfortable beds, toilet and bathroom. Everything propely prepared and well-organised. The breakfasts were tasty with a vast variety of options for everyone. Even the served milk was from local cows! I really recommend the Hotel and Kaltenbach for everyone, who seeks Tirol atmosphere and quiet place to take a rest in the surroundings of Alps.

Great location to enjoy mountain silence and amazing views over the Zillertal valley and surrounding mountains. The house itself is like a museum. It is a clean, well preserved and maintained authentic alpine house. Host are nice and welcoming. They will be happy to give you some tips on how to plan your journey or how to experience Zillertal at maximum. Recommended for couples, families and solo adventurers (like me), who want to enjoy pure Austrian atmosphere, while feeling themselves like at home.

Hotel is situated at the end of the Zillertal, surrounded by high mountains. Great place for hiking. Very nice view. Clean, big rooms. Friendly staff.Excellent restaurant! At breakfast you have an enormous choice. Diner is also of a vary high standard (5 courses) with a very extensive salad bar. Prices are very reasonable. A very nice bar. At the fifth floor a really nice pool (indoor and outdoor) with a great view on the glacier. And don't forget the underground parking. Great hotel to stay!

The most smiling and kind hostess in Austria. The best apartment we have stayed in in the Zillertal! The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley. And a big bonus that is rarely available - a bath! Very close to two grocery stores and a beautiful walking or sports trail along the mountain river! Absolutely great location! If there is an opportunity you would definitely want to come back here! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

The property situated in a small village with all amenities nearby: supermarket, restaurants, bakery are just 200-300m away. We used car to get to the lifts but ski bus station is pretty close too. Sauna after hard skiing day was amazing. The place is pet-friendly, and has an elevator. It's ideal for car owners as it has huge parking area and is pretty close to the main road: it's 3 min drive to nearest lift, 10 to Zillertal Arena and 20 to Mayerhofen.

Apartment is quite big, far enough for 4 members family. Only kitchen part is smaller but on other hand kitchen is very well equipped with anything you can need. Bath with both shower box and bathtub. Location few minutes by car from Hochzillertal/hochfugen ski resort and less than 15 minutes from Zillertal arena. So very good for trying both areal. Car parking right in front of the apartment. Host was were nice and ready to help.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was modern and beautiful with a cute little balcony and a comfy big bed, and we even got a basket with robes, towels and flip flops. The pool area and the sauna area were amazing and very spacious and relaxing. The breakfast had many options and everything was fresh and tasty! Loved the stay in Vaya Zillertal

Great location. Almost next to Hochzillertal-Hochfugen ski area. Only 5 mins drive to Zillertal Arena, and 14 mins drive to Horbergbahn (Mountopolis). Apartment is clean and spacious. Has everything what you need during your stay. Friendly and communicative host. Ski room & Wifi available as well as parking. Possibility to buy local products (cheese, milk bread and so on ..) in the small shop near by.

Great hotel and clean location in the middle everything was close in town Mike is always there to serve guests the breakfast was great eggs with croissants delicious and water drink with berries as well as hot drinks I wouldn't think of any other hotel after today in Zillertal, thank you Mike for the gift when I left the hotel I advise everyone to book this hotel without hesitation

We came here to enjoy road cycling in the Zillertal and had an amazing stay from beginning to end. The Apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable (and has an amazing coffee machine :) with beautiful views over the Zillertal valley. Andrea is a very lovely host who was extremely easy to communicate with and made us feel at home from the beginning. We will definitely come back

Both the beds and the sofa in the living room were really comfortable, lots of cabinets to unpack into. Skiroom while small fit all our gear. Ski boot heater is also a great plus. Ski bus stop is really close, around 200m from the building. Zillertalbahn stop is also close by. Apartment was clean. Everything in the kitchen worked and it was fully stocked.

This has to be one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Completely renovated and has a big balcony. The host kept fruits, chocolates, coffee for us. It even had COVID testing kits and nearby tour and travel information. We got a Zillertal area card with discounts for activities in the area. The rooms and bathroom are big and very well maintained.

Welcoming host, greeted us warmly on arrival. The apartment was large enough for a family of four adults and one child. It was well equipped with everything needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is right next to Karspitzbahn lift and a couple of hundred meters from Achterbahn - basically the two lifts to access the Zillertal Arena.

Everything was great! Apartment quality was on the top high quality. Fully equipment with all possible things to live like at home. One more thing. The owner is really kind and friendly. Any request or question was provided immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone who plan vacation in Zillertall. Location was as well perfect.

Modern and fresh apartment in a very convenient location, just at the beginning of Zillertal valley from where you could reach multiple attraction up to Mayrhofen and in close proximity to Achensee region (Maurach, Pertisau, Achenkirch). Apartment is very well equipped and crystal clean. Contact with the host was very good.

This apartment has a great location close to the Hochzillertal ski lifts with easy access by car or ski bus. The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. The owner of the house, Carmen, is really friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with before or during the stay.

Apartment renovated lately, rooms equipped with TV. Downstairs is restaurant where you can enjoy pizza and drinks. Ski room also downstairs, so you don't have to carry ski equipment on 2nd floor. It's walking distance (800m) to Hochzillertal ski area, other regions can be reached by bus or train.

beautifully decorated new sparkling clean spacious apartment, adjacent to a golf course, big balcony with a magnificent view to the valley and the mountains. very well equipped kitchen. very attentive owner. we will be happy to return, very much recommended for a family trip to explore Zillertal valley.

Staying at Bonapart was fantastic. Petra the host made it a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure we had a good stay. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Apartment was lovely and Zillertal valley has a fantastic range of skiing options available.

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, 3! toilets with its own ski room with boot warmers. Close to the slopes. Bread service available and fresh milk from cows on site. We loved it and plan to return. Plus Zillertal is beautiful with great skiing.
