The entire experience was seamless for me. I enjoyed the booking process and checking out process as well. You have great amenities and your bed is large and comfortable. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar which had such a great vice and ambience.

Located in a historic 19th century landmark building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the boutique Treasury on Collins offers self-contained accommodation, well-positioned for trams, buses and taxis. The staff and overall level of customer service was sensational. Especially Harrise in the mezzanine bar. Delightful! The location was also top notch with an IGA right next door. The location was excellent, however breakfast was not included which I was disappointed by. I thought breakfast was included... Also, the room was cold, I couldn't seem to get it warmer no matter how I turned up the T-Stat. Those are the reasons I didn't give an overall Excellent.
Excellent option!!! Located one block from the tram, SkyBus stops at the door. Friendly staff. We booked a room for two but at the check in we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very good beds and pillows . Excellent cleaning, lots of towels. Excellent place to stay

I loved my stay at the Great Southern; centrally located, near where I came for work.. The room was clean and comfortable, handy to have the 24 hour service laundry; reception staffs were very helpful and always welcoming...
Close to the airport transfer bus. The staff are happy to help and they allowed us to use the room when we arrived outside check in time. I would highly recommend this hotel.
