Location was amazing - right at the start of the chairlifts. The room had so much space with a big kitchen area. The drying cupboard was great. The birdcage restaurant served delicious meals. Customer service was excellent.

Featuring a ski shop and a restaurant with a lounge bar, Duck Inn Mt Buller is located just a 5-minute walk from the Mount Buller ski slopes. A free shuttle to the town centre is also provided. Free breakfast was a bonus, simple but enough. Staff was friendly. Good space to put snow boards and dry clothes. Comfortable room. Best part was the Drake resturant, we ate here one night, great food.

Great location right next to the ski slopes and ski hire available at the hotel with excellent storage facilities, including sauna & spa. The staff were super family friendly and very helpful. Had access to the history of Hans Grimus and Mt Buller skiing establishment via personal archieve footage, which I really enjoyed - hard working and to have fun. Just a lovely atmopshere and felt like being in Austria.

The location for snow sports is the big winner and it’s also very close to the bus stop (arrivals/departures to/from Mt Buller). Rooms were clean, bathrooms nice and the water was hot with good water pressure. Manager Stuart was helpful and responsive to messages through booking.com

Great spacious room. Nice decor, staff were friendly. Little coffee spot out the front, and you ride straight into the slopes.
