They upgraded my family booking and gave us 11 am checkout which was greatly appreciated and very helpful
Nothing was a problem for the staff
Room well resourced with microwave toaster kettle even electric frypan (which we did not need to use but handy to have)
Room had two beds plus pull out sofa
TV was biggest screen ive seen in a hotel which was great
location super handy for cruises and eateries / supermarket

We have stayed here many times, in fact if visiting Newcastle or Sydney we make sure our return trip involves an overnight stop at this BIG4. We have never experienced any problems with any of the cabins we have stayed in. They have always been very clean and well equipped for our needs and stay. Would highly recommend this park.

We loved the resort especially for all the kids they had so much for them and it was ana amazing experience we booked 6 cabins for 6 different families and we all had a blast so much things to do from pools to bike riding to bowling to movie night and also the jumping for the kids

Very scenic area with a variety of beautiful beaches - the quieter Corlette and Bignall were our favourites. Heaps of tourist activities and cruises and a relaxing holiday vibe.
The only downside was the fairly recent installation of parking metres - EVERYWHERE, even away from the town centre. Free for residents, so it feels like a tourist grab for the people who will be bringing trade to the area. Only accept credit card and being visitors to the region you have no idea how long you might need. Sometimes it's only 5 or 10 minutes to enjoy the view, but constantly having to pay to park every time you stop becomes tedious.

It was great for a family reunion and get-together, with facilities to suit every member of the family. I liked that it is located outside the busy tourist areas and offered some respite from other local attractions during the busy holiday period.

We liked our villa, very comfortable, the camp kitchen was the best we have seen. The grounds and amenities were great, reception staff very friendly.
We did not find anything to complain about.
We had some great meals close to the holiday park. Easy walking to the shops in the Main Street .

The property does not deserve a 8.1 rating. Could not use the shower or the air conditioner due to there below poor condition, including foul smell. Beds were terrible. Motel was cramped with terrible parking. It was a very unpleasant stay, we couldn’t wait to leave.

Loved the location of Bannisters which is right across the road from the Bowling Club and down below Bannisters is the sailing club where you can get a coffee overlooking the water. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and Holberts Prawn and Oysters are a few minutes drive away.

Karuah was a great place to get to and experience what it has to offer. Access was easy for everything. The RSL offered a good array of meals and the price was reasonable. I note that there was also a Pizzeria in Karuah - maybe we will try that next time.

Stop the people drinking & smoking in groups outside their room entrances, not backing in utes to sit on back & booze & smoke, should have assigned area for that not close to next units entrance. Have been coming to same motel for 20 years & always been good, but really needs some control, should not have to wade past groups of drinkers to get to your car & door.

I liked that we had the beach so handy, even though it was winter, and hubby played putt putt, and we enjoyed a hit of tennis. We were warm and cosy in our cabin, but I would like to visit in Spring or Autumn when its a little warmer to have BBQ's and sit outside at the Cafe. Overall a nice spot to stay, and handy to other activities, amenities and sightseeing.

We love taking our dog on holiday with us - so Anna Bay has a big dog friendly beach which also has shallow end. The "locals" were all really friendly, relaxed and gave helpful suggestions.
Good pub , pizza place, fish n chips n hamburger joint.

The location was good with nearby beaches, cooling trees and a soothing atmosphere. The cabin was just enough for a family of four. Local Coles nearby for shopping.
Koala shores had a lovely pool where kids could swim 🏊 and a 🍖 bbq area where we can use for dinner.
