The staff was SO friendly, accommodating and polite. I was greeted with smiles and positivity by every staff I encountered. The breakfast was delicious and it was a nice variety. I had to leave very early and the front desk attendant ensured that my invoice was waiting for me at the desk that morning.

The pictures and the clocks on the walls were fascinating, captivating your attention. Nice people, speaking different languages, very big room and clean, and the price was the best for one night stay. I definitely recommend it. They also have good food. breakfast included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. I accidentally overslept and was about 45 minutes late for the check-out, but the staff told me not to worry about it. The room was very neat, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't try the restaurant, but I have heard that it is a definite recommendation for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stay at De Heidebloem each time I come to Antwerp to visit friends or family. I hope to be back soon!

The place is too comfortable, friendly people and nice environment

The stay was good, nothing unexpected. Our car battery died when we were trying to leave the property and the personnel was very kind to let us use their car to go to a car parts shop and buy a new one. Excellent service, can’t thank them enough as they saved our day.

We love the personal touch of the owner at this hotel. The thought that has gone into the details and guest needs and being eco-friendly. The location is excellent for walks in the park!

Travelling on bussines trip I felt contented with hotel service, restaurant and localisation of De Statie.

Breakfast was great, staff were super nice. We were staying here for a local wedding so it was very convenient. A local bus takes you into central Antwerp. During our stay we had a medical emergency with our baby and the staff were amazing at supporting us and going above and beyond to take as much stress out of the situation as they could - we really appreciated it.

Modern, clean, excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was superb. Continental buffet options for everyone. The bed was very comfy too. Also I found the staff really friendly too. The young man on reception recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner and it didn't disappoint. Lier is a beautiful place.
