The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had such good cocktails at the bar. We couldn’t have breakfast there but we saw a pretty nice buffet. You will enjoy your trip to Genk there!

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with a stylish, tasteful design, colourful in the lobby and hallway, cozy and calm in the rooms. Quiet in spite of being situated between the railway track and a parking lot, free parking from 6pm to 9am and on Sun- and holidays. Couldn’t enjoy the apparently comfortable deck furniture on the terrace in front of our room with top to bottom windows due to snowfall 🥶❄️😉. Tea and coffeemaker and fridge in the room, choice of beverages offered by the hotel in the lobby and room. Tastefully furnished and decorated breakfast room with the biggest choice of options I’ve ever had for breakfast in a European city 🤩😍. Very friendly staff. Easy check in check out. 10/10! We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!

Location is really great, plus you have everything in the area, from shops to restaurants. Easy check in and check out and friendly hostess. Spacious rooms clean rooms and free coffee and tea 24/7.

The stay was good, nothing unexpected. Our car battery died when we were trying to leave the property and the personnel was very kind to let us use their car to go to a car parts shop and buy a new one. Excellent service, can’t thank them enough as they saved our day.
