They had renovated the hotel and it has some unique atmosphere. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Although it is a place with lots of clients, after 11 pm there was complete silence. Staff is very nice. They don't speak english but know how to use Google Translate's voice feature. But i strongly suggest you to learn the alphabet and at least 50 usual words and expressions. It will make your life easier. While you're there, visit Assen's fortress. You will get a special view from up there. Also, nearby is a good bike service where they fixed my peoblem. The girl speaks english. Highly recommend them.

It was a family trip for my daughter’s 9th birthday. The hotel is great, and the rooms are spacious. The staff was polite, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The hotel provides discount cards to its guests for the water park itself. So, your booking gives you extra value for your money. If you’re planning a visit to the park with a sleepover, I would recommend a 2-night stay, since Plovdiv is a beautiful city with incredible history and amazing food. Bear in mind, that the hotel is about 3 miles from downtown and you will need a car to get around.

I booked four nights stay for my parents. They were very impressed. According to their experience, the place was quiet, very clean, and the stuff was extra nice. They loved the breakfast, the indoor jacuzzi, and the outdoor pool. The location of the hotel was good, as everything was walkable distance for them. They didn’t have to drive.

We found this place 3 years ago but spent just a day at the property back then. This time we went back to celebrate a birthday, names day and our anniversary all in one. We had also dinner and breakfast there. Everything was simply exceptional. The room was clean and cosy and the location was very peaceful and relaxing. The food was very tasty too and all the staff were so accommodating adjusting things to our taste and requirements. And the facilities are really wonderful - the mud pool, the jacuzzi and the swimming pool were all very clean with natural mineral water which is very healing indeed. It is a perfect place for relaxing and is our favourite so far. Gratitude to all who made our stay beautiful!
