Fantastic food, even for people with allergies. Drinks and beverages are well prepared and maintained. Excellent service. Perfect room and excellent care about details. All areas are very clean and there is a genuine care about the health, the safety and the entertainment. People always go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Lots of activities for all ages. Service of boat from the hotel is very good and encourage to take them vs the ones offered at the beach.

We loved absolutely everything on our stay. the swimming pool is super nice. with different spaces to relax. rooms are clean and comfortable and people are welcoming and always available. Of course the best is the unlimited access to eco park and interactions with animals. spending a day here is expecting to see any kind of animals popping up so that you can learn more about them and their history. this can be heartbreaking to see animals in cage that is why it is important to mention that all of them are here because they cannot live anymore in their natural environment and here they seems well treated and cared. all people working in eco park have a real passion for what they are doing and they share it with you.

The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful! this was our first trip to Brazil to attend a friend’s wedding in the area. we did not speak a work of Portuguese. although most staff did not speak English. The reception managed to help us with our requests and answer our questions through WhatsApp in English. They were always responsive. The communication was smooth and prompt. The restaurant was very good. definitely worth it. The heated pool is a great feature. Bicycles were extremely useful when they are no taxi or Uber service in the area. Overall we have a wonderful experience with the help of property staff. Highly recommend.
