United KingdomOur stay at Nkanga hotel was perfect! We had an unforgettable holiday in Botswana and this hotel was one of the great memories. My children loved the play in the pool! We enjoyed the breakfast by the pool and the whole atmosphere in there was very chilled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the room was clean and very comfortable, we felt right at home.

We were a family group of 7 stating 3 nights . The rooms were very spacious and overlooking beautiful views . The warm welcome of the staff , the availability of tea / coffee and homemade biscuits ( ginger ones amazing) and the unexpected free lunch , all home made food was delicious.
We availed of the afternoon river cruise , the full day game drive with John , who was an outstanding guide and stopped with fantastic picnic lunch . We also did two 5am morning drives to try catch big cat ( we missed leopards on day one !) the evening menu while limited was absolutely delicious and home cooked food , totally suitable for vegetarians too and even making gluten free bread loaf fresh for me every day!
Highly recommend, I believe they are going to put small fridge in rooms which was only thing missing .

The hotel is directly at the Chobe river, providing excellent views to the water and in the garden you can see animals all day. You don’t have to plan any activities in advance, since the hotel provides ample opportunities to float on the river or get to a safari to the national park. The rooms are spacious, excellent breakfast and dinner is served. We had a wonderful time.

The cottages have everything you could need, they are well equipped and they've thought of the small but important details too. The location is fantastic to explore the quieter side of Chobe National Park and has stunning sunsets over the Chobe River Floodplain.

This guesthouse is very well located in the city center, making it easy to do everything on foot.
And the staff is really friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home. I recommend this guesthouse during your stay in Kasane.

My only problem is that, there is no Local food/ cuisine Resturant around, No local fish restaurant found, only Choppies rescued us.
It's easy to get around Kasane, but be careful there are lots of wild animals in the area. Victoria Falls is just an hour drive( Zimbabwe)

Muchenje has beautiful shaded level campsites with wonderful exclusive use spotless bathroom facilities, the Staff are professional and communication around your booking is almost instantaneous unlike the Botswana norm. The position is perfect to explore the southern reaches of the Chobe National Park as an alternative to Ihaha, or as a stop between Kasane and Savuti or before Ngoma Gate. There is a new fuel station close by.

Kasane is very close to the Chobe National Park so convenient for both land-based game viewing and river outings. The airport is a few minutes away by road. It's a safe small town that is very focused on tourism with may lodges and hotels.

Kasane is a beautiful tourist area
There are a lot of choices of restuarants where you can dine at.
I really enjoyed every area we visited in Kasane
My kids loved the boat cruise and game drive and visited Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe as is close by Kasane and they really enjoyed their time there.
We even visited the Botswana Zambia Bridge, we really had an awesome time there.
