The hotel needs a new refurbishment as its starting to show its age But it is still nice and staff are very pleasant

We got a room facing the falls and we were able to see the fireworks from our room at night. Nice bonus! Wide room, comfy beds, just a step away from Clifton Hill and all its fun.

Good location directly at the Wego bus stop (blue line) or a 650m walk to Queen Victoria Park/ Place area. There is a connecting bridge to walk across to the opposite ie. the casino fallsview so do explore the place a bit. Discount coupons were also given so you get some discount off some of the restaurants. Thank you.

the room is so big and modern. staff are so kind. we had a Christmas breakfast buffet instead of ala carte. definitely recommended if you’re staying US side of Niagara Falls

It is close to Niagara Park and main water fall . Quite big comfortable room than we expected . Very friendly front office staff . Next time should spend more days for sure !!

The staff was great and made everything easy. The room were great and well equipped with a fridge and a microwave, beds were ver comfortable and great water pressure in the bathtub made showering a great experience. There is a very clean indoor swimming pool as well. The hotel is at a few minutes walk from all attractions

The location was amazing, magnificent views of the falls and rainbow bridge. The property is newly renovated, very comfortable and offers everything you need whilst away from home. TGI Fridays downstairs, Starbucks and a convenience store also on site. Breakfast was included in our rate, something for everyone! We had dinner at the STK Steakhouse on the 9th floor, it was outstanding! Kids used the swimming pool and enjoyed themselves, I used the laundry, only $2 to use the washer, $3 for the dryer. What I loved the most was the old school customer service. The majority of the staff were over 50, bringing experience and excellent service. Gentlemen welcoming you at the front door, staff located at elevators, we commented on how fantastic the staff were the whole time we were there!

Nicely appointed rooms, great view of the city and the falls. The staff, specifically Gik was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is so close to all the fun downtown Niagara Falls but it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms.

Perfect location. 3 minute walk to the falls and casino. Room was nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Lovely room, set up was good for us and our little one.

I like the location, it is close to the incline railway, and we got the WEGO day pass with limitless access to the facility, so that made it easy to go to the falls side without walking too much. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready to be checked in, but the staffs helped us stored our luggages so we can began our adventure right away. Our room was located at the penthouse level, we have to use two elevators to get to our floor. It was our first time to use the manually controlled lift, but the instructions from the staffs and the notes they gave us were clear enough so we had no problem getting to our room. It turned out to be a fun experience staying here. The view to the falls from our room was amazing, I love my time sitting by the window and glazing through the day and night scenery. After checkout, we realised that we forgot our takeout food in the fridge, and by calling them, the staffs were very helpful to find it and stored away in fridge until we returned to pick it up. Big thanks to all the staffs that you've made our trip carefree and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend the Tower Hotel to family and friends and can't wait to come back any sooner.
