Though the flow of residents is high they manage it quickly and provide high quality services making the stay in the hotel comfortable. We were offered an upgrade for a lower price and could enjoy the most fantastic view in the hotel. We could check in earlier and were able to leave our staff in the hotel after checking out. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and we could enjoy it viewing Niagara falls from the panoramic window of the restaurant.

This was a great hotel, especially for the price! I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I thought the bed was comfortable, I slept very well. It was walking distance to all the attractions by Niagara Falls (about 5-6 minute walk), while being far enough away that we weren’t bothered by the noise of the city when trying to sleep. I didn’t personally have any of the breakfast or coffee provided, so I can’t speak to that. I would stay here again!

The front desk was amazing they moved plate room from up stairs to down stairs because we had I child and they didn’t want us to have to carry him up and down stairs. We had conversation with while we were checking in. He was very nice to our family. The hotel was very close to restaurants that we enjoy else. It was also very close to Clifton Hill, it was also very close to Niagara Falls. The Wi-Fi was little bit laggy, but it was good enough for us to use

The pool was great. My daughter really enjoyed it. The location was awesome! Lots of fun within walking distance. Also nice that it was a bit off the main strip so it wasn't quite as noisy. The staff were excellent! We found them to be very friendly, attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. The beds were very comfortable. Really liked that there were security cameras as I had a bad experience at another motel in Niagara Falls several years ago.

We chose the hotel for a long layover, so we only spent one night at the hotel. We chose it because of its location right next to Niagara Falls and because there was free parking and breakfast included. We had a nice short stay, and both the check-in staff and the woman in the restaurant were really nice and accommodating. The beds are nice and soft. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay within walking distance of the falls.

It was my family's first visit to Niagara Falls, and I wanted to make the day special. The receptionist at our check-in (October 10th, at around 4 pm) made our visit more special. She empathized with my story and explained beautiful tips for enjoying Niagara Falls and the Tower Hotel at Fallsview. She helped us get the perfect room, and we just fell in love with it. The room was clean, the bed was super fresh, and the shower was spotless.

Location is great. Hotel is close to Niagara Falls Park and Seneca Casino. The room was big enough for comfort and clean. I liked the pillows which is hard to find at other hotels. The room came with a continental breakfast. Making your own waffles was interesting and filling. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel store was well stocked with interesting things. And there is a plush room set aside if you want to smoke.

This hotel was surprisingly beyond my expectations from Super 8. It was my first time staying at this hotel (or Super 8 Hotel chain) but it was nothing short of anything less than other big hotel chain in terms of cleanliness, staff behaviour and facilities. Rooms were clean and did not look outdated. This hotel does the job fine if you are looking to stay for night while visiting the Niagara falls.

This hotel is close to the falls and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Niagara Falls State Park is within walking distance, and park shuttles can take you to the American Falls, Goat Island and the Maid of the Mist tour. Hotel restaurant has excellent Italian cuisine. The value is excellent for the location.

I like location, quite close to Niagara Falls. Parking space is free for guests, something to appreciate in the area. Room was enormous, really comfortable, with views to the Canadian side. There is a lot of space for baggage and for personal comfort. Hotel hall is so beautiful, and so are all the premises.

Exceptional location - Just across the street from entrance of Niagara Falls National Park. Friendly staff, provided information and room with a view. Easy access from different sides of the building. All brochures and information about area available at entrance. Convenient parking in front of the Hotel.

Niagara falls was absolutely breath taking. And sooo close to the hotel. The hotel is in perfect location to walk around whether it's for food, entertainment, sight seeing, and more! We went to Tide and Vine Oyster house Monday was shuck a bucks and half off appetizers. Best mussels I've ever had.

We arrived earlier than check-in time but they allowed us to park in the hotel. I like that the location is near the Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls itself. The price is cheaper than other hotels I've been to. The pool size is just the right size. They also have hot tub and sauna.

Hotel was comfortable and clean! The trolly to Niagara Falls is misleading.. it was a city bus that dropped us far from the falls or somebody with a slight disability! End it was not an area that I felt comfortable in that they dropped us! Restaurant was delicious!

A great way to stay in Niagara Falls at an affordable price. The rooms were newly renovated and were very clean. It by far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return. The people work very hard to give you a good room at a great price.

The bedrooms were recently renovated so it felt really good! The staff was super friendly, the washroom super clean. This is the only hotel I trust in Niagara Falls now.. I haven't had a good experience in others to be truly honest.

The hotel is easy to find, being on a main road to the touristy area of Niagara Falls, ONT. The breakfast is standard free breakfast fare, pancakes yogurt cereal boiled eggs bread/bagels etc. the coffee was surprisingly OK.

It’s my favourite hotel . Always stay every time I travel to Niagara Falls . Mail y tor the location . But would love it more if breakfast was included . No breakfast of any source offer at this hotel . But love the LOCATION!!

We travelled with 2 kids (both under 4) and found the location to be perfect. The hotel was very clean and child friendly. The staff was super friendly and made our stay amazing. Best value for money at Niagara Falls!

Great location. Close to all amenities. Free parking is a bonus. Staff very pleasant. Room was nice and comfortable. This hotel serves its purpose without the screaming high prices, that is Niagara Falls.
