We had a great stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa. Our stay truly exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and included a jacuzzi, which we used every day :) The hotel is situated at a good location, a short walk from the Falls. We came here right after I proposed to my girlfriend, so for us it was a special moment. O ur stay at the hotel really upgraded our experience in Niagara Falls.

They have very big rooms, and good facilitators. They have a good indoor SPA. Good location, walking distance to waterfalls American side. And it is quite close to center as well. Many restaurants around the hotels. But we are in low seasons, some of them are closed service.

It was amazing !!!!!!!! I liked it Room 617 very beautiful view!! The staff was good!! At the reception I don’t remember the name, but we got a free room upgrade — it was such a pleasant surprise! The view from the room was amazing!!! Everything was very clean! It’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the funicular (CAD 7 round trip). Only 5 minutes to the casino. About 17 minutes on foot to the city center (Uber costs around CAD 12). The pool is just awesome! It’s open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Nature at its Most Awesome

Home to one of the world’s most famous waterfalls, Niagara Falls is a town in Canada, not to be confused with its namesake on the other side of the river in the USA.

The Canadian town offers the best views of Niagara Falls, which are actually 3 waterfalls on the Niagara River. The main Horseshoe Falls magnificently thunders water over and bursts into spray as it hits the river. This spray is the inspiration for "Maid of the Mist", a boat that takes you close to the base of the falls – a fantastic photo opportunity.

Just downstream are the Bridal Veil Falls, the smallest of the 3, and next to them are the much larger American Falls. Both of these are in the USA, whereas the Horseshoe Falls crosses the border. You can also cross the border into the United States by walking over the Rainbow Bridge – just check your visa requirements first.

Many of the Canada Niagara Falls hotels are located by the riverside, so some offer fantastic views of these fabulous waterfalls. There are also lots of Niagara Falls hotels on Booking.com, so these are a convenient option if you arrive by car.

I love the whole Adventure the room is very clean had AC so it wasn't too hot had a fridge where I could put my cold sodas and drinks bed was very comfortable it was clean quiet I like that you can park right outside your room so if you have to jump to your car quick it was right there I really like the experience and I definitely will return

The room were great and well equipped with a fridge and a microwave, beds were ver comfortable and great water pressure in the bathtub made showering a great experience. We like the fallsview the most.

We like the fallsview the most. Food at breakfast in the hotel is just ok. They lost our breakfast vouchers so we have to wait for awhile after eating until they resolved it. Staffs are friendly & helpful though especially waitress named Dawn, she was an excellent photographer & funny which makes us comfortable.

the maps for the niagara falls state park are great, except...

the maps for the niagara falls state park are great, except it should be mentioned somewhere that the river flows out of Lake Erie in the direction NORTH and then flows into Lake Ontario. May be most Americans know this , but i did not until i realized it when i was there ! The park is nicely done and very humble and kept natural ! i appreciate that. crossing the border on foot on the bridge over into canada was interesting and fun,; on the way back we had to pay 1.25 $ to go through a turnstile, don't understand why that was necessary ?? but walking everywhere was ideal in sunny weather. the canadian side was providing the best view of both falls: horse shoe and bridal veil.

We started on May 7, 2026 on the less commercialized U.S.

We started on May 7, 2026 on the less commercialized U.S. side with the Cave of the Winds. It was well worth it to get a feel for the power of the American and Bridalveil Falls. A plastic raincoat is provided, but you might get wet anyway. We also hiked a number of the State parks for the awesome scenery. On day 2 we visited the Canadian side of Horseshoe Falls. it was a truly awesome experience despite the number of other tourists along the boardwalk. We had a sunny day which displayed a beautiful rainbow over the falls in the afternoon. At the last minute we decided to pay for (expensive!) tickets on Niagara City Tours. The red ponchos we were given were pretty much useless because of the wind and powerful spray, but getting wet added to the sense of adventure as the boat went close to the bottom of the Falls. An unforgettable experience! Our trip goal was to focus on outdoor experiences, so we skipped many of the tourist traps. Hint: We paid $35 for the official Falls parking lot only to find out that there were parking lots a block above the Falls where the charge was only $10. In general, Canada charges a lot for parking for just about any park or attraction, so download the app in case you need to extend your time while you are hiking.

We loved Niagara Falls!

We loved Niagara Falls! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We felt safe and there was so much to do. Crossing over into Canada was so much fun too. There was even more to do on the Canadian side. It was freezing and with the most, we froze instantly. We needed to tale breaks to warm up, but everyone is so nice there and I would definitely go back. I would love to check it out in the warmer weather and take the boat ride near the falls.

Niagara Falls is a beautiful destination for every brand of visitor. Nature lovers have the parks and of course, the falls. There are amusement facilities for families and kids and restaurants of all kinds. Plenty of souvenirs at the Falls and in the area. I try to go at least once a year.

If the weather wasn't so lousy for part of my stay; the state park and convenient public transportation in Niagara Falls makes a stay/trip on the state side an enjoyable experience. The Tim Horton's on Military and Niagara Falls Blvd. has an ongoing special for $3.00 breakfast sandwiches, their Cinnamon Coffee Cake Donuts are very tasty. The Factory Outlet Mall is a nice place to take a walk indoors when the weather's bad. Niagara Falls is a beautiful place to visit.
