Location, comfort, staff and charm

The Restaurant, dining choices and service were all exceptional. The panoramic views from the restaurant were an additional bonus! The children were treated with absolute equality with the adults, which was a wonderful experience for them; the check-in, the little robes and slippers, and the thoughtful little touches like the "Ice-Cream passes" and small gifts just set this place apart from anywhere we've ever stayed, even which claim to be child-friendly. The history of the hotel, the views, the fresh air and the small acts of going above and beyond mean we cannot wait to return and create more fantastic family memories together here.

Everything was amazing. From the location, to the cleanliness and the staff! The hotel is extraordinary and much better than the 5 stars hotels. Just next to the lake and all amenities. The spa is beautiful with outdoor sun beds. The restaurant has amazing dishes and unique cuisine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Unique interior and exterior. We felt cosy and comfortable with everything.

The hotel was quite small had real character. Rooms were very attractive. The manager/owner was very friendly and was able to provide information about transport, places to visit etc.

The hotel location and the views of the mountains were stunning, both from the dining room and the room itself. The dinner was of a high standard and the set menus were excellent, as was the service. The staff were super friendly, helpful and very easy to talk to. The rooms and beds were very comfortable too. The hotel location was excellent, being so close to the Hornli lift and really peaceful. The Hotel Stoffel was the perfect getaway, and I will definitely stay there again when I next visit Arosa. Very highly recommended!
