The Restaurant, dining choices and service were all exceptional. The panoramic views from the restaurant were an additional bonus! The children were treated with absolute equality with the adults, which was a wonderful experience for them; the check-in, the little robes and slippers, and the thoughtful little touches like the "Ice-Cream passes" and small gifts just set this place apart from anywhere we've ever stayed, even which claim to be child-friendly. The history of the hotel, the views, the fresh air and the small acts of going above and beyond mean we cannot wait to return and create more fantastic family memories together here.

I had the most wonderful vacation thanks to this hotel and the staff. I will describe it to you from several points of view: 1. The meeting. The road to Arosa is quite stressful for people who are afraid of heights (my recommendation for such people is not to take too many risks or to go prepared, especially in winter with the necessary tires, but the view is breathtaking). Instead, after such a stressful journey, when you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by the hotel valet who, with a warm smile, asks you how you got there and offers to carry your luggage. Also, the reception staff is very responsive and welcoming. I came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday which had been 3 days earlier, so the manager gave me a small present in the form of a bottle of wine in the room and took into account the fact that I preferred the room with a bathtub, but also upgraded the room of the people I was traveling with. 2.Food The food is very varied and delicious, it's even more varied and delicious than at 5* hotels in Turkey. We had the breakfast option where we had various dishes even for vegetarians and people on a diet: hummus, vegetables, fruits, different yogurts, cakes, eggs, potatoes, omelette, olives, cheeses, fresh juices, but also from the dispenser, the coffee is very delicious. The kitchen staff were also very kind, welcoming, caring and attentive. The view is towards the mountain. 3.Rooms: The room is clean, it was warm enough. There was only a coffee maker in the room, but at our request, they provided a kettle. There are bathrobes in each room, but no slippers. There was only a shampoo dispenser and a soap in the bathroom. 4. Atmosphere The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, pleasant, they have a fireplace where you can put wood on the fire yourself, the bar is next to the fireplace and you have the opportunity to sit with a glass of wine or produce. 5.

Stunning hotel in Arosa in walkable distance to cable cars and the city center of Arosa. Beautiful spa area with indoor pool, which invites you to relax after a hike in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with many choices for all tastes!

The hotel was quite small had real character. Rooms were very attractive. The manager/owner was very friendly and was able to provide information about transport, places to visit etc.
