Room is spacious, i had a good view towards the Roche towers and breakfast has a lot of choices. Right in front of the hotel, there is tram lines directly to the old town or SBB. Room service was good and fast.

Great location, right at the edge of the center (old town). Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff, great lobby. We also got a basel card. (Free public transport, discounts)

We have stayed in this hotel 3/4 years ago and since then it has been upgraded . The facilities are excellent and the staff welcoming and helpful . The location is amazing -our rooms had a river view. The hotel has an 'arrangement' with the adjacent Du Point hotel and we had an excellent fondue and breakfast there .

The room was very cosy and comfortable and the view from the 11th floor was the peak of our stay✨ We went by foot to the city centre and it took about 20-25 mins. ✨

We booked this hotel as we had a concert at Z7. Less than 5 minute walk to the venue. Staff was super friendly and allowed early check in. Like all other ibis, was clean and exactly what we needed for a night.

Smartly designed rooms equipped with everything you need and more for both short and long stays. The common area is a real plus, with many books and a pool table you can enjoy for free. Spacious private parking, and the location offers easy access to the city centre and everything worth exploring in beautiful Basel.

Excellent service and good work by the hotel management and workers

The location is great, but one should keep in mind that the hotel is located at a sketchy place since it is next to the train station, which lures marginal people occasionally. However, it did not affect the stay itself much, it was not noisy or anything. Plus, it should be noted that there is a church nearby, which has quite a cacophonous bell ringings during services. But again, I am listing this not as an issue of accommodation, but rather as something which should be relevant in a broad sense.

I loved the man from Romania, who did everything about my check-in, in the reception. We got the rooms earlier. He was friendly, funny and helpful! He was just fantastic. We were at the bar during the evening and the cocktails were delicious and we also loved the barman. The breakfast was wonderful and the lady helped us to sit around the perfect table. It was messy, because of the previous guests. She was in a hurry, but she cleaned it soon for us, and kept smiling all the time. Thank you for everything. This hotel was a great decision!

The property is located very centrally with easy access to trams that are connected well to the main station and popular tourist sites. Though centrally located and on the main road it’s still a very quiet area. They had also sent very precise directions to us to reach the hotel on arrival from the airport. It’s definitely value for money. The front desk lady was very helpful and guided us whenever required with a smile.

Great location just next to central station, contactless check-in was great plus the Basel tourist card that was included. Apartment was nice and tidy.

The hotel is located very close to the old city center (10min walk). I am very happy with its value for money. The standard double-room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. The personnel was very kind and was flexible to serve our needs during our stay.

I liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of thing to choose from. The room was spacious and clean. At night there was no noise from the outside. The curtains did the job - the room was completely dark at night. The staff was extra nice and accomodating. The hotel is close to the tram line that takes you right to the main train station and the centre of the old town.
