We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everyone assisted us with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The water park next door is a fantastic bonus if you are travelling with children. There is an additional entrance fee, but having it right next to the hotel is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever passing through Basel.

All great except for that I struggled to find the hotel room in the beginning. It would be desirable to provide a signpost somewhere or better explanation in the email.

Good position link up between the two sides of Basel, with great public transportation. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and organized. Would absolutely do it again!

We weren’t prepared for where this is situated, surrounded by wildflower meadows up a hill, with forest walks all around. Though the building isn’t beautiful itself, the situation is spectacular. The restaurant overlooking the Swiss hills, farms and meadows was amazing. Especially at night under a spreading tree with fairy lights. Heaven. On top of everything the staff are lovely and the breakfasts extraordinary! The twisting drive up the hill is perfectly do-able (though maybe not if it's snowing) and there's loads of easy parking.

The staff was very friendly and the location was near everything. Parking was also provided free of charge.

Ratio quality/comfort to price is excelent. Hotel staff is helpful, understanding and kind. Pizza next doors. Close to highway. Good parking. One of best 3star hotels i have visited... In my opinion this hotel has 4stars. 4th star is Julia.

Very good breakfast, pillows are to soft but i got a better one.Next time i would like a room at the back,because the road is to noisy when it's summer or hot days can't open the window.An aircondition won't be a bad idea.

Wonderful service, great food, lovely decorated rooms and bathrooms -- and extremely accomodating management. I had made a booking mistake, booked one night too early. Hotel manager greenlighted applying the payment to our actual stay instead of charging us more. We're very pleased and will be glad to return to this place.
