Wonderful service, great food, lovely decorated rooms and bathrooms -- and extremely accomodating management. I had made a booking mistake, booked one night too early. Hotel manager greenlighted applying the payment to our actual stay instead of charging us more. We're very pleased and will be glad to return to this place.

The room was a great size, great facilities. The staff were really nice and great English. Nothing too much trouble. Great location , great price.

Everything. Very smart hotel in a small town. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Easy underground parking. Lovely evening meal eaten outside. Very good selection for breakfast which we ate in the very atmospheric stubli. Staff extremely friendly and informative. Several very nice local cafes to have a beer etc.
