Wonderful service, great food, lovely decorated rooms and bathrooms -- and extremely accomodating management. I had made a booking mistake, booked one night too early. Hotel manager greenlighted applying the payment to our actual stay instead of charging us more. We're very pleased and will be glad to return to this place.

The breakfast was wonderful. Location was unexpectedly beautiful, with nature walks in both directions along the Rhine River. Our room was lovely, and all staff were very kind and attentive. The outdoor part of the restaurant had great views all around. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Very good breakfast, pillows are to soft but i got a better one.Next time i would like a room at the back,because the road is to noisy when it's summer or hot days can't open the window.An aircondition won't be a bad idea.

Clean, comfortable room and bed; curtious staff; fantastic breakfast; good-quality vanities (body lotion, shampoo, etc.); abundance of free parking on the street; free drinks on each floor. The place has a good vibe about it, and it's the second time we stay here. Good tram connection to Basel.
