Great beds and very central location for this price

It takes 10mins to the main station and there is a pass way with roof to the station. It’s located next to the railways, but it’s very quiet. People who stay at the hotel can get a free tram ticket in the city.

Location is perfect. Simple, fresh apartment.

We booked this hotel as we had a concert at Z7. Less than 5 minute walk to the venue. Staff was super friendly and allowed early check in. Like all other ibis, was clean and exactly what we needed for a night.

Location and connection with all parts of the city! Very friendly and supportive staff, clean and warm.

like the breakfast like the staff like the location were perfect!

Ratio quality/comfort to price is excelent. Hotel staff is helpful, understanding and kind. Pizza next doors. Close to highway. Good parking. One of best 3star hotels i have visited... In my opinion this hotel has 4stars. 4th star is Julia.

I really felt at home as soon as I met the owners, who welcomed me and gifted me a 'welcome dinner.' The hotel reception is in the Chinese restaurant as you come in, and it is a beautiful setting with amazing food! I came to this location because it is close to St. Jakob event center in Basel, Switzerland. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. There are several service businesses: salons, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even though my workshop absorbed my entire day, the owners were so kind to offer me a late-night snack from the restaurant with sparkling water for my room. I slept soundly in the most comfortable bed ever! The affordability, cleanliness, location, and the wonderful owners & staff made my stay a restful experience.

Loved my stay here, felt very comfortable, the room is clean and warm, couldn’t recommend it more.

The property s at a very good location.Tram station is in front of the building.10min with the tram to the main train station

Staff were super friendly. Room was clean Lovely quiet hotel

All great except for that I struggled to find the hotel room in the beginning. It would be desirable to provide a signpost somewhere or better explanation in the email.

The breakfast is one of the best (there is no comparison, since we travel a lot to France) the food in Switzerland is very fresh and tasty in flavor

The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and also for traveling to other cities.

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, with a wonderful ability to make you feel personally welcomed. There was such a positive energy throughout the hotel, and I truly felt at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent – perfect both for relaxing and spending time in the beautiful hotel lounge, as well as for easy access to the city centre. The food was outstanding in every way: high-quality ingredients, excellent service, and wonderful flavours. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional, warm, and truly sparkling. ✨

Our first stay at Hotel Victory chosen primarily for its location. We were upgraded to a truly amazing room: large, beautiful view of the city and nicely equipped. Add to this an interesting architecture and an attentive staff. We are frequent visitors to Basel and our future choice for hotel in Basel will be Hotel Victoria.

The family! Breakfast, food in general and services were excellent!!! Thank you

Very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Best value for money especially for business travelers.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood Muttenz. We stayed for three days. Hotel is just two minutes away is the station for tram 14, which takes you to the center for about 15-20 minutes. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, several fast foods and a bakery.

Location, cleanliness and room size.

The staff was super helpful and took care of the check-in beautifully. Very good level of service..

Beautiful classic hotel, extremely welcoming staff, quiet and very well located! Thank you to Veronique for the efficiency and kindness, will be coming back again!

Awesome staff, cleanliness and proximity to my conference.
