This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Nowhere have we met such friendly staff - two brothers and father Besomi, who also own the restaurant next to the hotel. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again. Good local breakfast, nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable beds, parking, prts friendly, help in solving problems and recommendations for visiting the sureounding. They all speak excellent Italian, German and English. The family restaurant was the best culinary experience in the italian part of Switzerland for us so far. Thank you

Breakfast was excellent - lots of tasty homemade things and everything very fresh. The view across the valley towards Lugano was lovely to see in the morning during breakfast. Plenty of places to sit outside in the summer. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Very clean and refreshing rooms and overall hotel. Hospitable, smiling and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread with tasty food. Superb location with lift for train station adjacent to it and hotel also provided free pass for local travel. Sight seeing places nearby. Overall We had a very good experience and I will surely stay here on my next visit.
