Everything. Yhe location is great, easy access to station and lake.Beautiful flowers outside the hotel in the season. Got everything needed and even more. The variety of high quality tea bags are awesome. Also really appreciate the special treatment in room as a long stay for me. Slippers and bath robes also found in room. The Breakfast is one of the best in Swiss. A big variety of fruits and pastries. Also like the weather report paper on table every day. I really enjoyed my almost one week stay. Definitely will be back!

We loved everything: cosy rooms with mountain view, lovely lobby, tasty breakfast, very professional and kind staff, and for skiers: ski lift closeby and ski pass and ski rentals directly from the hotel. As a musician I appreciated also the live jazz concert in the evening at Vic’s bar! This hotel is a pure delight, thank you

Mons Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The location in Bivio is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The room was great, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

We revisited this hotel for the second time, having been here last year too. The staff is remarkably accommodating, even ensuring we got the same room we stayed in last year, upon our request. This level of attention to customer requests is greatly appreciated! The breakfast is simply fantastic, and any hotel that serves Prosecco for breakfast is a winner in our book. :) The spa facilities are fantastic, and the hotel provides a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Bernina train. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel. :)

Very kind staff, excellent service, superb waiters

Excellent breakfast, with an extensive buffet, in a lovely restaurant, and a chef to cook the eggs. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the shops and the funicular. The car was valet parked for me in the outdoor car park, with a screen cover for ice protection. It was convenient if I needed to return to the car for something. The staff kept clearing away the fresh snow in the car park and on the day we checked out, after heavy snow, one of the guys helped me in fitting snow chains (actually he did it all). The hotel's sauna and roof terrace was a bonus and we also enjoyed the pianist in the lounge. The staff on reception were really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The level of service can't be faulted.

Excellent location in lovely zernez! Rooms very beautifully done , and cosy and spotlessly clean . Bathrooms spacious and modern. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel in our travels in Switzerland !
