Location of train station and the restaurant is best food and very attentive and lovely staff; the head waiter, Mr. Antonio Pereira , is the best.

We loved restaurants inside of hotel, great room service, nice music in lounge next to cozy fire place ,walkable distance to everything you need or may wish, we appreciate transfer service,made everything nice and easy. Great front desk stuff helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to stay , definitely recommend!!!

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a breathtaking setting. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful. We were kindly given a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay feel even more special. The team also organised a wonderful birthday surprise for my best friend, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration unforgettable. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and charm.

This is a spacious hotel - our rooms were large, lots of space to unpack. Wonderful views of the valleys and mountains in Upper Engadine. The restaurant also very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel gives transportation passes after a 2-day stay. We went to Diavolezza, numerous times to Muotta Muragl. All the busses leave from the Post Office, a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the main street, with all the restaurants within easy walking distance. Worth going to Diavolezza lift to look at all the 4000 m. peaks across the great glaciers. Pontresina is a quiet town, there were no package holiday tourists.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. The hotel was lovely, and the staff super friendly. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. The location would be easy to get to, it is not far from the train station, but it is uphill and taxis are available from the train station. We did utilize the hotel's shuttle to the train station upon check out. There is a decent restaurant on site, but it is also a short walk to any shopping mart.

The room with a view to the lake is a must.

Mons Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The location in Bivio is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The room was great, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Very clean and easy to get to. The balcony was excellent for morning stretches with great views of the valley. Breakfast was more hearty and most importantly, the owner was super welcoming and friendly. Would stay again!

An idyllic setting, the most beautiful scenery I have witnessed in 4 decades of my life. Friendly and accommodating service, in the restaurant and at reception.. Hotel Edi holds a special place in my wife's heart and Tobias and his family couldn't have made her and myself more welcome after a three decade absence, Both the hotel and the experience lived up to and exceeded expectations for both us. I have little doubt we will return once we've saved the money.

The river, the room, the service, etc... Everything was excellent.

Everything - Hotel facilities, mainly sauna and jacuzzi, friendly staffs, it was to help with everything (extra pillows, questions and directions).

We have enjoyed staying at the Hotel Terminal. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was extra clean and comfortable and we were at the station in 1 minute! We also enjoyed the restaurant (excellent pizza, wines, chicken burger etc.) We will definitely come back if we need to stay in Samedan again.
