We enjoyed our stay. The location was really great. The hotel offer an underground parking. Big room size with coffe machine, kettle and fridge. Amazing view of the mountains from the room and the balconi. The morning buffet offered many choices. The swimming pool was nice too.

This property/Hotel is off the beaten path of Engelberg but that gives it a peaceful experience all the while, very easy to get to both the Ski Lift and Center of town both via free bus service with regular interval schedule. The breakfasts were excellent only exceeded by the warm and friendly hostess there each morning. As soon as I walked into the dining area the hostess offered me a Cappocino or similar immediately. Beautiful view of the Mountains while enjoying the breakfast selections. I found the decor of the Hotel very unique and well designed and detailed with a very mountainous yet upscale feel with very unique Swiss details. My room was spacious clean and very comfortable. The SPA is world class and luxurious. The Hotel owned restaurant across the street was delicious and the hostess very friendly and accommodating. I would go back to this Hotel in a heartbeat and in fact will go back in the future!

Amazing place , nice view from the window, near to the ski station transportation. Nice kitchen with all we need.

Comfortable, private and very silent. Great night sleep for a challenging skiing day the day after.

Highly recommended to those looking to get away from the crowds! Beautiful location high above the valley, yet easy to get to via an aerial tram that departs from the Niederrickenbach train station, a short hop from Lucerne. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and vegetarian friendly. This is a great starting point for hikes in a gorgeous part of Switzerland - near the hotel, there's a 4 person tram to the Musenalp on the mountain above (https://www.musenalp-nw.ch/bahn/) and it's a 20-30 minute walk to the most unique chairlift I've even encountered (https://haldigrat.ch/). We only stayed two nights - next time we're planning on a longer stay!

Excellent location , very close to train station, beautiful view

Breakfast was excellent- lots of options for hot meal (sausage, veggies, eggs) and cold (fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cold cuts, cheese). The room was bigger than I expected it would be and had a refrigerator and electric kettle. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions.

This small hotel feels very cosy, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent - near to the train station but very quiet. Very nice mountain view from the balcony. I specially enjoyed the kitchenette in the room.
