Beautiful little hotel with a lovely spa area and great breakfast. Martin and Melanie were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do you enough for you to make sure you have a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all main spots. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

The room was spacious for a family of 4. Modern and very clean. The breakfast was good which catered for our needs. The owners were lovely and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area.

The Hotel Alpina*** is a cozy family hotel for all generations and is located in the car-free part of the village. The valley station of the Hannigalp cable car is a 5-minute walk away.
