Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

Great ski slopes, a lot of different restaurants, amazing hiking paths and a great view. The locals are welcoming and there's always something fun going on. We actually have a family member who loves it so much they're planning on moving there. Super family-friendly as well, even with very small kids.

Very nice and beautiful town.

Very nice and beautiful town. The town itself as well as the area around it. Before going there, I was a bit concerned about the car free zone, but it turned out to be very easy to park the car, and very easy to get around in the relatively small town. Once the car was parked it was very nice to be in a place without cars.

Loved our 2 night stay at the Ramona House. Very clean, warm, beautiful orange colour (Halloween) interior. Nicely located in the small village of Grachen with picturesque views. Spacious outdoor parking and only 25 minutes drive to shuttle train station to Zermatt. Most of all, really kind host couple who tried to help although their English was not so good. My family hope to come back again someday.

Very kind owners providing some customized advice for our stay. The property is a little outside of the village with a very nice view on the mountains. Nice sunny outside area with possibility for eating, relaxing and playing (children). Grächen is nice for hiking. Finally, Zermatt isn’t far away for exploring the Matterhorn area. We had a wonderful stay!

Apartment was very nice and quite enough for family of 4 persons. Apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary. Position is also very good with food shop and restaurant very close. Village Grachen is nice and for me much beter location for stay than in more popular Zermatt.

This was my second time stay at Hotel Zum See. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were very kind. I loved breakfast at the hotel. All the breads were very nice. It's on the TMR route. Many other good walks around. My dog loved here too.
