SwitzerlandVery responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

A very beautiful village that was quiet and peaceful yet had enough to see and do to make our holiday perfect. Some great walks and bike routes to explore and the weather in early August was perfect. 👍

Great ski slopes, a lot of different restaurants, amazing...
Great ski slopes, a lot of different restaurants, amazing hiking paths and a great view. The locals are welcoming and there's always something fun going on. We actually have a family member who loves it so much they're planning on moving there. Super family-friendly as well, even with very small kids.

Very nice and beautiful town.
Very nice and beautiful town. The town itself as well as the area around it.
Before going there, I was a bit concerned about the car free zone, but it turned out to be very easy to park the car, and very easy to get around in the relatively small town. Once the car was parked it was very nice to be in a place without cars.

The best ski resort if you just want to relax and ski with amazing views! not too big, not too crowded. Perfect infrastructure. Super nice slopes, all very logical and well organized. I keep coming back.

Simple hotel run with a lot of heart and generosity by a friendly local family. Will def. book again. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bedding and mattress were exceptionally comfortable. Great buffet breakfast served from 8am with a self-serve coffee machine that makes any type of coffee one likes. Very quiet. Seems to have a lovely terrace (which I didn't use as was there only briefly). Parking is tricky in Grächen village, so I made use of the Alpha's paid parking 1 min away (CHF 6/night).

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, and not to forget free parking places right at the hotel! Thank you for all!

Everything was excelent. Apartment was beautifull, clean and very well equipped. Mario was great and very friendly host. Check in was easy and we felt very warmly welcomed. Grächen was great small village with cozy athmosphere. The views were incredible.

An amazing experience in the centre of Grachen. Alex (the owner) and staff are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful rooms. Breakfast is amazing and there is tea and coffee available all day. Highly recommended.

Great spot and Grächen far exceeded expectations - a hidden gem . Parts of Grachen seemed straight out of a fairy tale.
