It was a perfect stay, one of our best holidays ever. The room was clean, tidy and I think I don't have to say how marvellous the view was from the balcony. The beds were really comfortable, the bathroom was clean and very practical. Good hotels have a strange idea that a shower has to be fancy, however the water spreads all around the place when you take a shower. But here there was nice and proper window door which we could close and keep the bathroom dry, and also there was enough place to put our clothes. These may be small things, but they make our stay much more comfortable. The food was also very good. The breakfast was rich and very delicious. There was a wide selection of both hot and cold breakfast dishes. The bakery products were exceptionally good and with a wide variety. There were dinner and lunch menu possibility as well, and it was really delicous. What I also would like to highlight is the staff. Everybody was very-very kind and helpful throughout out stay. The wellness part was also very good. The outdoor sauna and jacuzzi (also with a perfect view) was a really great experience, also the indoor wellness area was also very relaxing, with a nice pool and three saunas. The gym was well equipped. In addition to all these, the area around Grächen is also wonderful, with many beautiful places nearby. I recommend the Five Lakes Tour (5-Seen-Weg) really much. All in all we enjoyed every part of our stay.
