Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our 8 year old child loved all of the playgrounds and sports arena.

Everything. The exterior is a wonderful brutalist building combined with two church buildings, in a stunning mountain setting by the lake. The interior is modern and sleek, both the common spaces as well as the room. The self-check-in works great and is very intuitive and quick, and once you've programmed your door card you're good to go. The rooms look amazing, with plenty of space and efficient details everywhere: when you enter the TV shows all necessary information, the night stands have three power sockets each (take note, every other hotel), the bathroom is spacious and very well equipped. Heating and lights are controlled through one panel and is very intuitive. Downstairs is a vending machine with snacks and drinks as well as a coffee machine. I arrived deep in the night after a long drive, and was so glad I picked this hotel - it immediately felt like home. Not a single annoyance, so a perfect 10/10 - my first. I'll be back.

The Junior Suite is amazing - the room layout and size give the feel of an even more luxurious hotel. The bathtub is just exceptional and the bed extremely comfortable. Now the breakfast… out of this world! Great choice of bread, pastries, nuts, fruit, cold cuts and cheeses. We really enjoyed our short weekend stay and will definitely be back!

Quiet, peaceful accommodation right on the banks of Tamina Creek. Really comfortable bed, lots of star cleanliness and world champion breakfast (huge selection, fresh and delicious). Plus point: with all the attractions close by, the Taminaschlucht excursion is almost from the doorstep.

Everything, the most stunning hotel with excellent service and facilities. My mum and I loved the pools, I played 2 rounds of golf on the beautiful course and the food was exceptional. Already planning a return trip.

s this is my first time visiting Switzerland, I wanted to share some impressions from my stay. Coming directly from Italy, where social interaction is very warm and open, I found the atmosphere here to be quite different—perhaps a bit more reserved or formal. At times, the service felt a little cold, and it seemed like there was an unspoken expectation for guests to already know certain local rules or 'how things work' without much explanation. While I understand that every culture has its own pace, a more proactive and friendly approach from the staff would have made me feel more welcome. It's a beautiful country, but as a first-time visitor, a bit of extra warmth goes a long way in making someone feel at home.

This place is brand new and the rooms are super smart and clean. The hotel is clearly well looked after by the owners, and the suite rooms had everything I needed to cook (if I wanted to) and plenty of space.

We stayed here 12 years ago. We're happy to stay here again. There were a lot of changes, but we're happy to see they maintained the same atmosphere. Hope to revisit again soon!

Lovely family run hostel. Amazing food and excellent value for money for a family ski trip.

Exeptionally friendly staff - heartful and welcoming. The "room" was apartment-size, biggest ever seen. The location is terrific - one minute from trains in all direction - view on the mountains and valley - two minutes to town centre and supermarket/shopping - lake close by.

The room and the bathroom were very big and spacious. Big comfortable bed. The window view was towards the main square and the castle on the hill. The location is just near the town hall. No issues with any facilities, nor during check-in - the machine worked perfectly, I just entered my name and ID, selected the number of keys I needed, payed with my credit card and it issues my room card. There was a family before me, thou, which struggled with the machine check-in getting some mandatory field which no one could understand what they were, and there was no staff to help. The breakfast was diverse. They also have a small wellness in the basement which you can use for free - it only has one sauna and some lounge beds but you can drink tea and eelax in the nice atmosphere. There are lockers to leave your luggage after check-out (you need 1 CHF or 1 EUR which you get back once you collect your luggage).

Beautiful resort on the lake. Had a room with Seaview with balcony which was amazing. The staff really nice and helpful. They have also a bike room. The cable car is 3 min by walk. Would recommend!

The place is in the middle of the mountains, a place worth visiting due being Heidi village and neer her house, if you want to visit real Switzerland you must stop there.

Sauna, breakfast, big room, and great location above the foggy valley for great Mountain View and sun shine. Staff at breakfast were really nice. Interior decorations were neat too

The staff was absolutely lovely- so welcoming and attentive! The food was incredible, truly a highlight of my stay. I also loved starting my morning with a peaceful swim while having the pool all to myself. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff! The hotel is quiet and very clean. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. It is a 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. Quiet area despite some church bells however, I only heard them once when I was walking on the street. I wish I had more time to explore the surroundings.

Stunning view, great restaurant and a very welcoming.

Really worth for money. Only 5 min to sargans station. Have ccop and mignalio(convient store) at the station that opens until 11pm. Room was not big but big enough for 3 adults. The breakfast was modest but enough for my family. Will recommendand will stay here again in future.
