Our room was large, clean and comfortable. It’s location is great with the station at the end of the street and cafes and other shops in the same square.

Nice large rooms Good location, close to the thermal pools at the Grand Resort Hotel.

The Spa is SO worth it and the new rooms with Aircon are the best thing that happened to me this summer.

Just a fantastic hotel to access everything around Bad Ragaz

If you are looking for tranquility and serenity, this is the place to go to. The environment is truly lovely and dreamy, the land of Heidi. The hotel is well maintained and fresh and clean, run by a group of very kind and devoted people. Then there is the awesome local bread they serve for breakfast, and the great coffee. The lady at the desk offered to take my bag upstairs. And you can watch the sun set behind the snowcapped mountains from the terrace, with Bad Ragaz all lit up in the distant valley. Nice easy trails to walk on, Heidi museum etc. Really wonderful. Parking in front.

Very nice hotel and the room was perfect, well designed & cosy

Loved the room/ fully equipped, all wooden, modern. Outside was cold and windy, and the room was comfy and warm. There is a parking spot right in front of the motel. It's easy to self check in at any time of the day/night.

The location is supreme. And the hotel itself is very nice. The self check-in is very easy and no keys needed.

Super simple to check-in, very clean and comfortable. Next door it is a parking that with 10 CHF per night it’s best you can get. We really liked the place and definitely we will return.

Excellent hotel, impeccably clean, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, good hearty breakfast.

The room and the bathroom were very big and spacious. Big comfortable bed. The window view was towards the main square and the castle on the hill. The location is just near the town hall. No issues with any facilities, nor during check-in - the machine worked perfectly, I just entered my name and ID, selected the number of keys I needed, payed with my credit card and it issues my room card. There was a family before me, thou, which struggled with the machine check-in getting some mandatory field which no one could understand what they were, and there was no staff to help. The breakfast was diverse. They also have a small wellness in the basement which you can use for free - it only has one sauna and some lounge beds but you can drink tea and eelax in the nice atmosphere. There are lockers to leave your luggage after check-out (you need 1 CHF or 1 EUR which you get back once you collect your luggage).

The room was big and plenty of light. The staff was kind and available. Finally, the hotel is located in a beautiful site by the lake, only a few steps away from the gondola that takes you to Flumserberg ski resort.

Sauna, breakfast, big room, and great location above the foggy valley for great Mountain View and sun shine. Staff at breakfast were really nice. Interior decorations were neat too

Very friendly staff! The hotel is quiet and very clean. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. It is a 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. Quiet area despite some church bells however, I only heard them once when I was walking on the street. I wish I had more time to explore the surroundings.

Fantastic brand new Hotel. The hotel manager, Besmir, was incredibly helpful. He kindly posted my daughter's forgotten phone back to us in London.

amazing view, location and facilities. The family room is excellent, with a special design that’s so much fun for the kids! great breakfast on the wonderful terrace. nice playground and garden. also very good value for money!
