Everything was amazing! The room, views from the balcony, attention to details, service, children club, Spa etc. the staff is amazing and attentive. The room is very clean. Very child friendly hotel. The best place I stayed in Switzerland by fare. Differently coming back again!

Best option if you're planning a skitrip to Engelberg. Super strategic position, 10 min wlak to the Titlis lifts or FREE shuttle bus basically outside of the hostel. Close to everything you need, rooms are clean, cozy, amazing views from the windows and the common kitchen are just top level. I would denitely come back here on my next skitrip to Engelberg.

We had no idea where we were coming to, so it was a lovely surprise, comfortable, warm, lovely warm welcome every morning for a really lovely personal breakfast,. Spectacular views from the room and great location for buses, trains and the town itself. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean room. I skipped the breakfasts but enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the hotel restaurant. I loved that you have access to ironing board and other essentials

Very welcoming, clean, simple but in the best way. Great communication, great facilities. Traveling with a 1 year old baby, we especially enjoyed the common areas - the kitchen and playroom were so great and well equipped. Exactly what we needed!

Breakfast was varied and the dining room was neat and clean. It's really good value for money to stay in a hotel like this in Switzerland!

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station and Engelberg is a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by every aspect of our experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet it offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere. A beautiful stream flows behind the hotel, creating a picturesque and almost pastoral setting. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the capsule coffee machine, the quality amenities, and the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest very well. The restaurant was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Another great advantage is the parking facility; guests can conveniently use the parking area by placing the card provided at reception inside their vehicle. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were extremely satisfied with our experience. If we had the opportunity to stay one more night, we would definitely have done so. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The view is awesome from the rooms. SPA have lot of different saunas , pool outside is also great especially in colder weather , pool also have sauna like feature. Private area near lake with floating structure to sit or jump from Location is good if you 1st time to explore Swiss nature by car. Evening restaurant is good , quite expensive ,but comparable to high quality restaurants we have been in different cities. Staff is friendly !
