Everything was amazing! The room, views from the balcony, attention to details, service, children club, Spa etc. the staff is amazing and attentive. The room is very clean. Very child friendly hotel. The best place I stayed in Switzerland by fare. Differently coming back again!

I am very happy that we chose to stay in this hotel. Our room was very spacious and cozy. What we liked the most is that this hotel has common kitchen for guests, which allowed us to cook some meals and save quite substantial amount of funds, as eating out in Switzerland can be quite expensive.

Very nice hotel with automated check-in system. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, so we did not need to go anywhere to look for a restaurant that is open.

Everyone was very friendly and smiling!!! The breakfast was modest, but everything was fresh, tasty and hearty. The room is cozy and in a beautiful style.

Fabulous property and location. Staff were exceptional. A special shout out to Tomasz who went above and beyond and was so lovely to us.

The location is extraordinary. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor, where there is a shared terrace overlooking the lake. The view is incredibly beautiful. The room, although quite small, is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. :)

Lovely room with balcony, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast fast great, a very large choice and well presented. Dinner was exceptional, and so was the service.
