Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Ski bus stops right outside. Swimming pool and SPA are wonderful and the breakfast is excellent. The room where we stayed in was very comfortable, with a wonderful view from the balcony.

Breakfast was very nice. Various choice from the buffet and a la cart. I loved the smoothies. The chalet is serving cheese fondue and has mountain charm. We loved the pool area, specially after 18:00 when it’s adults only till 22:00. Shuttle service to the ski lift works great.

very very comfortable & actually not far walking distance from Engelbert train station as it has a lift tunnel to climb to the hotel entrance. Recommended & trusted 👍

Top quality breakfast. Super attentive staff in all areas of the hotel. Very nice gestures during our anniversary. Location is great, just be aware that if going with children lots of hills, and if no car the gondola might be a lot of effort. But, certainly worth it!

I like most is the view from our room, the view in the dining area, and most especially the dishwasher which is 2 minutes and its done.

The property is walking distance from train station and bus stop. Rooms on the rear side offer magnificent views of the hills. Staff is extremely polite and cooperative. Cherry on top, you could use the kitchen area, which is very well equipped. We had a great stay. Highly recommended for family and couples.

The hotel was gorgeous, the view was amazing, and the whole place felt so peaceful and relaxing.

This is a high class hotel everything is new beds are very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Location is in the center of town short ride from Luzern. Parking is free and specious.
