the bed is super comfortable, the facility is new, the room is very clean. the price is inclusive breakfast which is surprisingly good, location is also central, 10min walking to the train station.

First and foremost I was very impressed by each and every member of staff. Everyone we came into contact with from reception to dining room to cleaning & maintenance were so helpful and pleasant and warm and friendly to us. Our car broke down nearby on route from Italy to the UK and we ended up staying at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. We were truly humbled by every member of staff and management & owners we came into contact contact with. We feel that we owe a debt of gratitude. The food was fantastic! The room was perfect! Clean and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. We hired two electric bikes that were free to use. They were well maintained and fully charged in readiness. The hotel is in a great location and not far from the motorway and there are some great cycle routes all around through woodland and open fields and through Egerkingen and neighbouring towns and villages. We will most definitely return one day. Hopefully soon.

Great location, in the city centre, in the historic old town. Close to everything. Vintage furniture is a nice touch.

Lovely accommodation, modern with traditional design, self check in fast and easy, quiet place, ideal for a one night stop! Owner was friendly, allowed us to store our groceries in the breakfast fridge (restaurant was closed, check bellow for details).

The rooms were very clean and equipped with kitchen appliances. It seems that they hotel has recently renovated, and all its furniture, appliances, and washroom is in very clean and best condition. I would recommend staying at this hotel and the hotel also provided free parking.

It is 1.5ks from the city centre so close enough, but with the advantage of feeling like we were in the country. The breakfasts and the dinner were delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The beds were very comfortable. Nice shower with a strong waterflow. Very clean!! Loved our stay!

Perfect location! Nice personnel, good service, very clean room, free fruit drinks and sparkle water in the morning. Cosy atmosphere. A bar of chocolate was found in the morning under the beds!

My favourite place to stay in Solothurn. I got an upgrade to the room in the top floor with AC which was great during the heat wave I was there. I also really like the breakfast, good spot to chill in the morning.

Impeccably clean, thought had gone into the small details such as the fact that none of the doors anywhere slammed. Great breakfast and a good quality 24hr drinks machine in the lobby with “proper” coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc. Lovely, friendly staff. Correct and faultless.

Liked everything a great old building directly located at the river near the old town. Nicely renovated and decorated rooms ! Even a bike room
