Very clean. Spacious room with bunk beds. Service is good with friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner there. The food is excellent. You can come here on the public bus from the tram station, so don't worry. Drivers are punctual. It's located on a hill with beautiful landscapes, views of mountains, and waterfalls. Very happy with our stay.

I loved this place! The room was super comfortable and had amazing valley and mountain views. The staff were agreeable. And… do not miss the opportunity of tasting restaurant menus, we had a really pleasant dinner.

On arrive on reception we was informed hotel was accidentally overbooked. Almost whole day on motorbike in rain this was not what you want to hear... BUT staff did excuse to us and as replacement we did get honeymoon apartment , becuase it was their fault. WOW this is how to be done.

Before arrival I'd had much communication with Ewa as we gained an additional friend on our journey. She was great - so weloming - she left the door unlocked so we were able to get in as soon as we arrived. She came to welcome us and showed us around, advised about parking etc The place was lovely - very comfy rooms and a well stocked kitchen. The coffee machine was ready for use. Excellent value for money.

We arrived late at night, around 1 AM. The host kindly received us, even though she was sleeping, and explained everything with a smile, even while in her pajamas. The breakfast was great, everything was clean, and our stay was an amazing experience.

We were hosted by the most kind and helpful people I have met over the year travelling. Stuck in snow unable to reach the accommodation we were rescued by Felix. The apartment was great and my family enjoyed the place. The place is very thoughtfully designed and managed. Wish we stayed longer than one night.

A great location if you're driving the big three passes. Good off road parking. Plenty of space for two. Great views. Lovely helpful host.
