Great location in Airolo close to the ski lifts as well as other outdoor sports. the kitchen was very nice and it was a great value. The owner/manager was very helpful.

We got stuck here for 3 nights instead of one when a severe thunderstorm has washed away a bridge down in the valley and ruind the road. In this emergency situation, the stuff revealed itself on its full glory. They were helpful and courteous and we had everything we needed in this situation. We stayed longer, we were fed, and all the people were extremely friendly. In general, I can only recommend this place, because the location is stunning, the vistas are wonderful. The hotel itself has a very cool vibe. A special thank you to Marco, the manager. I will certainly return again!
