Fusio is lovely and very well cautiously restored. Beautiful and unique architecture and interior of the hotel and the room. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The smooth communication and absolutely hassle-free arrival at this extraordinary place made the start of our holiday truly perfect. The village is remote, with access limited to residents and visitors. Overall, you hardly meet anyone there, and it is very quiet. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Alpine atmosphere. It was simply amazing, in one word: perfect! Alexa is taking care of her guests in a perfect way. The whole location is super clean. There is a adorable Osteria at 50m walk with very good food for a reasonable price. Location is fantastic. We would go back with pleasure if we are in the region again. Many thanks to Alexa for this perfect hosting.

A really nice place to stay. The outside of the buildings is old looking, but in a good way, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need. Only thing is that few room numbers need to go to the kitchen and bathroom upstairs through outside, but for us it wasn't really a problem.

Very quiet and peaceful campsite. The staff were super helpful and the access to the river spaces were really really good. Whilst the cabin was quite small our family of 4 fitted in pretty well and for a 4 night stay it was ideal.

Super well equipped flat, 10min walk from Maggia river. 5min to the coop and bus station. The outside area is super lovely and inside you even have an aircon for hot days. We will be back.

Bignasco is very handily situated in the crossroads of an...

Bignasco is very handily situated in the crossroads of an excellent hiking region. Staying there for 2,5 days gave a possibility for a few great hikes, but staying twice as long would have been better. I used Bignasco only as a starting point to trips farther away and missed out on most local sights, that I discovered once I was already leaving. One must take time to walk around the village, visit the waterfall (and perhaps take a swim there), check out the old houses and bridges, climb on top of "the mushroom" and pick blueberries by the hiking trails.
