I stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff were amazing! They were efficient and really fast when I needed help. Shout out to the young man who was in charge of breakfast. He was so busy every morning, yet he was helpful and always with a smile.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruits, different types of bread, and pastries. They also have toaster and a panino machine.
The bedroom was cozy and impeccable. I loved that they gave us a room on the third floor and that the window was secured, so my little boy didn't have the chance to run away or get hurt.
The swimming pool was just what we needed to end hot and long days.
The 24-hour access tea and coffee station was a nice touch for the late coffee/tea drinkers.
I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pucon

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked.
Staff always bringing wood and making fire.
Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold.
Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water.
Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

This is the first time that I am rating anything here :) but I couldn't ignore the level of hospitality of this hotel. The behavior and the attitude of the staff and the management were excellent. It is a family-friendly hotel run by a family which is really there to help. The facilities were decent and always very clean. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón.
The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy.
The breakfast was delicious.
A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful !
We really enjoyed our stay there !

Stunning! Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for trekking (a lot of parks nearby) with different difficulty, volcano, hot springs for relax, lake with a ships, koyaks, motos.
A lot of shops with trekking staff in case you are not prepared, a lot of delicious food.

Go here to get away from the hustle and bustle of Villaricca and Pucon. Incredible nature for hiking and a big lake for rest and relaxation. And stay at the Portal Casternera Caburgua with Gladys and Enrique for an epic time!!

Pucon, is stunning and we cannot wait to go back.
Pucon, is stunning and we cannot wait to go back. The town is beautiful, there is so much to do. You really must drive up the Volcano and take the ski lift to the top.
We will go back and plan a much longer staying in this stunning part of Chile.

If you are a nature & food lover, then come to Pucón!
If you are a nature & food lover, then come to Pucón! It is a lively bustling little town located on the shores of the lovely Lake Villarrica with amazing views of a snowcapped Villarrica Volcano. (fair warning: evening traffic is crazy in the summer. Book a hotel in town and go by foot)
It's hard to find bad food in this town, and it is served to you by very nice people. The Chilean people are very welcoming.
Make sure to visit Ojos del Caburgua, three beautiful waterfalls that flow into the stunning blue and green pools.
Salto El León, about 30 km from Pucón, is a must! It combines hot pools with a massive waterfall surrounded by lush green jungle. Reservations required.
