Wonderful hotel, with beautiful sceneries around, clean, safe and friendly staffs.

So quite! And green around! The hot tub is really amazing!! The team was great!! specially Juliana- that help and spoiled us a lot😁 The room was very comfortable and private.

Very nice breakfast with several options and a nice atmosphere. A wood oven made it even more beautiful during the cold days. The staff was wonderful and the owner's dog was definetly a plus :-) The location is great !

Beautiful place and amazing view of the lake - very nice staff

We spent 3 nights in this nice hotel. The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !

The location and facilities are top.

This is the first time that I am rating anything here :) but I couldn't ignore the level of hospitality of this hotel. The behavior and the attitude of the staff and the management were excellent. It is a family-friendly hotel run by a family which is really there to help. The facilities were decent and always very clean. I strongly recommend it.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff were amazing! They were efficient and really fast when I needed help. Shout out to the young man who was in charge of breakfast. He was so busy every morning, yet he was helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruits, different types of bread, and pastries. They also have toaster and a panino machine. The bedroom was cozy and impeccable. I loved that they gave us a room on the third floor and that the window was secured, so my little boy didn't have the chance to run away or get hurt. The swimming pool was just what we needed to end hot and long days. The 24-hour access tea and coffee station was a nice touch for the late coffee/tea drinkers. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pucon

Fantastic service. Very accomodating staff. Quiet location. Lovely grounds. Amazing views-front and back. Great value for money.

The view on the lake is amazing. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, simple but homemade breakfast. At night the food at the restaurant is amazing (congrats to the chef and the team). We took the chalet in front of the lake and could enjoy the fireplace.

My partner and I recently stayed at 'Maki Hotel' and the standout features for us were; The comfort of the bed was 10/10. The breakfast was 10/10 both mornings. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was exceptional for my stay! Well done to all of the team.

Location: could not be more central. There is no breakfast room: the personnel serve you in your apartment! Very good service.

Stunning! Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!
