I arrived in town a day early due to regional fires. The receptionist spoke very good English and was extremely helpful in finding me a location close to the hotel until I could check in the next day. The entire staff was excellent.

This is a lovely small hotel in a privileged location in Pucon, just across from the central,square, the Plaza de Armas. A very confortable and clean room, an excellent breakfast, a great location, a reasonable price, and very friendly and helpful staff. What else could you ask for?

Fantastic location, a short walk to good restaurants and quiet place for sleeping. It had a nice deck on second floor near our rooms. Secure parking for motorcycles, clean comfortable rooms and very spacious breakfast room.

This was the best hotel we ever stayed. Everything is well designed to fulfill the best customer experience. We are in Nature, we are Nature. The scenic views are breathtaking. From our room we spent many hours contemplating the lights of life and nature. Indescribable! Very close to Pucon.

Lovely rustic room with heat (was raining and cold) and a lot of space. Staff was great and cleanliness excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this place and would stay again!
