This hotel has set the standard very high in Douala. It is without any doubt the best hotel in town. The staff from top to bottom is very polite helpful and efficient. The location is great if you come for walk, 10 min from the port, walking distance from main banks and airline companies.

Room and bath size, 24 hours electricity, calm environment and proximity to supermarket

Staff was very helpful all the way: when a wifi problem occurred I very quickly was offered an alternative solution: a box was brought to my room. Etc.

Perfect situated in center of Douala, we really liked the huge swimming pool, and gym. The Junior suite whas big and clean, and the breakfast whas good, there whas European food and African food so enough choice for everyone!

The location was good, in the heart of bonamoussadi.

Excellent service and facilities. We stayed on the night of a boxing match so it was a little noisy at night but it was fine for us as we watched the match too. The location is fantastic and the hotel offers a free shuttle service from and to the airport. How amazing! Breakfast was included in our package and it was a treat. I will definitely use again

There is no building like that. It is a scam. Don’t book it. I warn you. Don’t come and cry later. There are scammers.

The value for the money is very high. Hôtel appartment is spacious, clean, customer service is super good. The only issue is to acces the location.

Safe parking, very clean room, comfortable bed, good warm shower, nice food, professional staff, free shuttle to airport and train station.
