This hotel has set the standard very high in Douala. It is without any doubt the best hotel in town. The staff from top to bottom is very polite helpful and efficient. The location is great if you come for walk, 10 min from the port, walking distance from main banks and airline companies.

The service and the place are world class as simple as that 5 STARS.

Excellent service and facilities. We stayed on the night of a boxing match so it was a little noisy at night but it was fine for us as we watched the match too. The location is fantastic and the hotel offers a free shuttle service from and to the airport. How amazing! Breakfast was included in our package and it was a treat. I will definitely use again

From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, the facilities were great, and the service provided throughout my stay was impeccable. I couldn't fault a single thing. To top it all off, the location is amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

There is no building like that. It is a scam. Don’t book it. I warn you. Don’t come and cry later. There are scammers.
