The location,peaceful place. It is next to Yangshuo village. The views are undoubtedly beautiful and quite. The staff was very helpful and attentive, The room itself was extremely comfortable, offering a great space to relax. Michelle with her sisters take really good care of their guests. They help you with arranging trips in the area. Good english is also really big plus. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable beds and lovely view from top terasse where you can enjoy evening drink or whatever. They also serve food and drinks at their restaurant. Would definitely come back!

It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

⸻ Incredibly Friendly Staff and Genuine Hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was one of the most warm and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel arquitecture and design are unique. It is an exceptional place full of details. The view from the swimming pool looks like a painting. The personal is very friendly and attentive, the only drawback ( as it happens often in China) is the language, they barely speak English. The food is very good,the Chinese as well as the western. They offer many in house activities.including a photo session!It is hard to leave the hotel! I recommend it a 100%!!!

Fantastic hotel and an amazing stay all round. The staff were so friendly and helpful, some have excellent English language skills, and others would make extraordinary effort using translation apps. The location on the lake is stunning, and the pick-up from the train station was extremely convenient.
