Great stay! My daughter (7 yo) got a rope of an exact size. Rooms are super comfy, staff is friendly and multilingual. Excellent choice of food at breakfast, restaurant is superb at all aspects. Parking is a bit expensive, and there are options even for a free parking around hotel. This facility is pretty much new and thus in excellent condition. If you are in Bad Krozingen for a mutual Therme facilities, make sure you bring your own (rubber) slippers. Also, be careful with the Sun. Cold weather doesn't bother you because most outer pools are with hot water, but even the lightest sun beams will get you sun burns. Therme has a good concept of payment so you don't need cash or cards inside - great relief. Even smoking areas are available (I have noticed 2), so you are covered in that respect if you are smoker.

This newly renovated hotel is a real gem! The bed was the most comfortable we have had in Europe. The property is on the edge of the Black Forest and gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had all we could ask for and was constantly replenished as guests ate. Easy walk to town, which exceeded our expectations! Wish we could have stayed several days.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. Exceptional service, food and cleanliness. The room was large and well organized. All linens and towels were fresh. We received personalized service at check in including an escort to our room to explain details and amenities. The restaurant was exceptional with good selection and large portions and the garden atmosphere was perfect. Breakfast was included and was again exceptional. It was buffet style and we were offered made to order eggs. Parking was limited but free and when we had to leave to get some groceries for later in our trip we were offered support with parking when we returned if spots were not available.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

Overall, a great experience with excellent amenities. The spa facilities were complete and very relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The hotel has plenty of attractions for children, including an indoor playground and a swimming pool, which kept the little ones entertained. A special highlight was the restaurant Lucia, which delivered an exceptional dining experience. The gym looked modern and well-equipped, though unfortunately, I couldn’t make use of it as I wasn’t prepared for a workout.

NATURE TITISEE - Easy.Life.Hotel.
The receptionist (Bojana Kocet)is so helpful. We are from Malaysia, therefore language is a barrier. Hence she help us to talk to the cab driver on the destination we heading to. On top of that, she guide us with the train schedule for our next destination. She go beyond for the customer to ensure we have a comfortable stay. She so friendly and I would want to emphasize she is truly helpful The room is clean, the heater is good. Special thank to Bojana Kocet again for all her help and support.

The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff were great. The room was spacious and clean and a very comfy bed. We ate there and the food was good, buffet style so something there for everyone and breakfast was one of the best with lots of choice and variety. After a long ride there on a motorbike it was the perfect hotel.
