The hotel is brand new and has top quality amenities. Fantastic location very close to the lake, the breakfast location is a short walk away through a lovely village.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was really big and and the breakfast was excellent (especially the scrambled eggs were great). The location within Traunstein was also good with a praking spot for the the car (if required). Personnel was friendly.

The location was great - directly next to the ferry pier, opposite the lovely “Chiemseebahn” and very close to the Prienavera swimming pool - the staff very friendly, the food excellent.

A great, simply wonderful hotel. In the very center of the town, there is a private parking lot. The rooms are large, clean, and very cozy. There is everything you need. We stayed in winter, it was warm and cozy. Very good breakfasts. Quiet, despite the central location. Highly recommended!

The reception on our arrival was good and concise. We got all the info needed for a pleasant stay. I like the parking area, which is close and secure. The room had an astonishing view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable both for me, as ai like a hard bed and for my wife who likes soft matrasses. The radio in the bathroom was a nice to have.

We had a fantastic stay at your hotel! The location in the heart of the Alps was simply breathtaking, providing stunning views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb, offering a great start to the day. And of course, the presence of cows nearby added a charming and authentic touch to the experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is set in a beautiful park adjacent to the lake and small boat harbor, The Breakfast is excellent, Pitty about the weather, I couldn't cycle around the lake

As a group of 6 people, we booked a hotel on the way to the ski resort. we didn't have high expectations because we just wanted to have dinner, spend the night and continue our journey. this hotel was an unexpected discovery of our trip. The Croatian family running the hotel was extremely attentive and hospitable. We received dinner and breakfast that exceeded all expectations. The large rooms, probably furnished by the hosts themselves, were bright, colorful and put us in a very cheerful mood. In the evening, we went to a community meeting in the hotel restaurant and were afraid that there would be no free tables for dinner, but we were offered a small hall with a large table for 6 people. The hosts are fantastic, highly recommend!

Hotel close to the highway where we stayed for 1 night on route to our holiday destination. Great views and ok food from the restaurant terrace. Good bed, shower and breakfast, my three criteria for a good stay :).
